Best WLM Reviews
Had an issue with a recent order. They ran out of chili. I asked to swap my chili cheese baked potato for a Dave's single. Needed some kind of protein. They refused my delivery driver the swap. Didn't feel like an outrageous request given the circumstances.
I have never been to a Wendy’s that didn’t screw my order up, including this one. Service was great and I love the burgers. When I complained about my messed up order they gave me a free combo. They would get a 5★ review if they didn’t screw up my order, more than once.
The food was delicious and the staff friendly enough but it took awhile to get waited on and there was only one other person in the restaurant . No, the drive through wasn't busy.
This Wendy’s gave me uncooked chicken very disgusting I am very disappointed! Hope the managers here quit doing a sloppy job.
We waited a long time for our food and there was only one car ahead of us (not many people inside either). They messed up our order. I was able to get some of it corrected but didn't catch the rest of it until we had already gotten on the highway. Also, I was expecting fresh food since we had to wait so long. Staff up and pay your people a living wage.
This lady works at Wendy’s here in town and she picked her nose at a railroad and ate it for 15 minutes straight. Have fun with your 4 fo 4 with her cooking it for ya. Made it extra sloppy fo ya (Edit) since today is national pick your boogers today, pick away Wendy.
Dude these aren't Baconator fries.
How hard is this job? Must be rocket science to match a picture.
Nice Wendy's great service and truly fast ASAP for in app orders. The people who work here are friendly and courteous. One of two or three fast food options for me in Newton and the go to national chain too.
