Exceptional Service at this Wendy's!
I recently ordered via door dash from this Wendy's location and I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the moment I called about my order, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there was a small mix-up with my order, but the manager handled it with such grace and professionalism.
Not only did they quickly rectify the mistake, but they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. It’s refreshing to see such dedication to customer service! The manager irma truly made a difference, and their positive attitude was contagious.
I highly recommend this Wendy's location to anyone in the area. It’s a godsend for those looking for delicious food served with a smile. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!
Friendly staff at the drive-thru windows. Fast and got my order correct ???? I don't have to double-check my bag for missing items
Stayed at the order here section for 10 minutes with no response. No customers were inside and no one in line but me. Workers inside were just standing inside talking to each other. Went somewhere else. 0 stars
Sorry to report the Borger Wendy's was mediocre at best. The food was one level better than prison chow and the whole operation was not friendly. It's a shame, in the past Wendy's was consistant across the country and their food was a step above other fast food.
Yeah, no. These guys are so so slow, always get your order wrong, always, and i mean ALWAYS forget something and are surprisingly rude. Get better workers for the love of god.
Make sure you check your hamburger. Mine was pink I didn't ask for a refund or anything because I ate most of it before I realized it was pink. ????
Waited a while and food was still cold, fries were not even half full, frosties were melting and burger literally only had 1 small onion sliver. The employee got irritated when we asked if the bag had straws and utensils. She said yes but it didn't have a fork.
It was a slow day, two cars in the drive thru and 2 customers inside.
I ask for extra cheese, which I gladly pay for, it ends up missing, I go back to ask for it, very politely as I understand these things happen.
They look really annoyed I even came back to ask, they just put the extra cheese in a box for me to sort it out, no sorry, no have a good day no nothing, all in silent and just looking bothered by my presence.
We ordered two combos, the other one isn't the correct sandwich which was too gross to finish
Both of them look like they have been waiting a while, and the fries were soggy
