This facility sucks they don’t give you right the food and get mad if we ask for it after we already payed for it. Had to go around and ask them through the drive-thru window cuz they were ignoring me through the window pick up , got tired of standing there like an idiot and then the manager ignored me cuz “they were busy” I already paid for my food it’s 10:30 at night I’m pretty far away from my house all I want is my paid food and go home. I wasn’t going to wait 30 minutes in the pick up door when I was supposed to have my food a while ago
This Wendys is a joke and the older women manager is just as bad. I was 45mins away from home. I stopped figured grab something to eat and just get home after driving for 3 hours. Placed my order everything was fine. Paid cool no big deal got the order, told her have a nice day pulled out of the drive through. Biggest mistake I made was not checking BEFORE I pulled away from the damn window. How is it possible to give the sauces for a 10 piece nugget but not the damn nuggets? Well it was after 10pm so lobby was closed the drive through line had wrapped around the building so I figured they have a pick up window for online orders I'll go there and just ask for my nuggets. I rang that stupid bell 3 times and stood at that window for about 15mins with another customer who had been 5mins before me being ignored as well. The whole time there was an employee inside mopping floors right in front of the damn pick up window while both myself and the other customer stood at the door being ignored.I finally got pist and walked up to the drive through window not caring about the line of cars and told the manager that I had already been through, I had paid for my meal and I had been standing at that damn pick up window for 20mins all for her to have the balls to tell me I'm sorry we are busy with the worse of attitude and gets bitchy cuz I was at her drive through window. And told me she couldn't give me my nuggets to go back to the pick up window on the otherside. I told her I just wanted my food and she was still pissy as hell. I've dealt with pretty crappy fastfood but by far this damn old lady and her incompetent crew are by far the worse. I get it your busy but if you are so damn busy why is your employee moping floors while customers are trying to pick up their orders? What's the damn point of the stupid online order window if you're just going to ignore those who come to it? This place needs a new manager and a new crew. Seriously get it together.
Always polite and order is correct. The female manager who I didn't get the name of, helped me out for a limited time offer that was only available on the app but couldn't get it to work. I don't always go to wendys but when I do they always do more the minimum which is very appreciated.
My car broke down in the parking lot. I went up to the buzzer and waited for someone to talk to me. No one came. I walked up to the drive through window, and was acknowledged my presence but they ignored me. Then, they went to the windowed and just started and pointed at us without coming out to ask if we were okay. Terrible service and will not be coming back here again.
Clean, good service. Most importantly, whoever's managing the place puts people that can actually speak clearly on the drive thru section. Unlike other places where you could barely understand a word they're saying.
I have been at this Wendy's numerous times throughout the years. The workers are pleasant. The place was recently renovated. The food is good normally. On this particular day my fries were cold and my burger was dried out like it was sitting too long under a heat lamp. I had gotten the four for $4 deal. The chicken nuggets were good. This was the first time I was disappointed with my food here. It's possible new workers learning or just having a bad day. Anyway I still will go back because they have great chili and frosty's.
Saw some reviews from disgruntled ex employees so I figured I'll chime in.
I was first hired here 4-5 years ago, by no means do I not have options, and I choose to stay here because it's the best place I've ever worked. I have integrity and I've told off old bosses in the past for poor food safety and things like that, I'm extremely comfterble with the practices here. Employees are treated extremely well and the general manager is kind and cares about her employees and customers.
This Wendy’s is okay I prefer a different one but sometimes this one is closer. I have been to this one in Wind Gap a few times. They have gotten the order wrong. ???? So just make sure you check your order before you leave the window. Accidents happen no one is perfect. There chicken nuggets usually is nice and hot not old. I’m just disappointed when my large French fries end up being half a box. ???????? I love my freaky ????.. I do prefer Wendy’s over McDonald’s ????
