Worst service ever!! They can only take 1 order at a time have to wait or pulled for word to wait even longer. Then get home with wrong food. Dbl bacon classic ordered & get a single without bacon. So we call back to be told to come back after spending 20 minutes with them already. Told him we would NOT be coming back the guy yells at us because they can’t read or do their job!! Avoid Wendy’s at 24 Hwy & River! This isn’t the first time they screwed things up but will be the last for me!!
This store is always trashed, from the dining room to behind the counter to the bathrooms. Every single person that works here has an attitude. We been sitting in drive thru, nobody in front of us for now 10 minutes, as soon as I mention we are coming in they answer the drive thru. How convenient...they pull people over immediately to the side to get better drive thru times, I know this because I use to work at wendys and this is an old manager trick. Regardless, any wendys in independence is better than this one, cleanliness, service, and food. Do not waste your time at this location. Now that we have been moved our of the drive thru let's see how long it actually y takes, it is now 12:06 pm on a Saturday. We ordered a triple baconator for my husband and a blt crispy chicken biggie bag...crispy chicken is like 4 minutes cook in the fryer the burgers take even less because they are fresh never frozen. Welp, they messed up the order of the person in front of us. Lol this place is a joke....it is now 12:12. Crispy chicken is so hard can not even eat. Do not waste your time or money this location needs shut down and completely revamped. Gross
Went to the drive-thru, there was no one else in line. I ordered a biggie bag nothing special, I was parked I went in after 20 minutes and still waited another 8 minutes for my food no one at all in the Drive- through. I don't understand what the wait was for because there was no one else but me and one other person. They were rude about it call Mom I'm upset because I wasted my whole lunch break waiting for the food that I now don't have time to eat
Last year I had such meh service I would avoid going to Wendy's for any meals. I have been visiting Wendy's for breakfast and lunch over the past month. The drive-thru staff is so welcoming and upbeat. Service is so good. My order is always correct and the food is fresh and flavorful. I have yet to visit during the dinner flow but these teams have won me over.
I placed an online order. When I arrived the staff was very friendly, and found my order quickly. The food tasted delicious. There were 6 or so other people dining inside and I believe 4-5 other vehicles had gone through the drive thru while I was here. It's much better than my visit to Sonic on June 30th, 2024.
My husband and my brother in law and my self came to this location. For lunch and it sucked they did not get my brother in law burger right after he taking back up there 3 times are food was cold and nasty . Yall need a new crew for during the Day .
Ordered on mobile 15 minutes before arrival . Was told to wait in the drive-through. Waited 10 minutes and asked if the worker was still there . They said to hold on . Waited another 15 minutes . Canceled my order and left.
Horrible food, I ordered a son of the baconater and they put two junior patties on it that you would get on a double stack and hard bacon and also order the regular baconator hard old horrible bacon bits not full length pieces and the smaller patties that should have been on the son of bac., when I questioned it with the manager he said that’s how it’s always been which is not true and acted like nothing was wrong with the bacon, I use to go to this location with my son all the time will never return after the horrible interaction with “management” and the the horrible food
