Edit: it's also likely around 80% of the time your food will be wrong, other times they'll just stare and not even take your order, or just leave you sitting in the drive through. Let's see how yall do when someone lights a fire under corporate and any inspector that'll listen. All you had to do was put the fries in the bag.
2nd edit with an update: spoke with a crystal (manager) her only explanation was, "you better call doordash cause we don't do that". The bag ripped when we took the seal off. It came from them like that.
Do I need to mention the couple of times the guy serving food in the window was drunk? Cause tbh that's one of the only times the food has been 100% correct with phenomenal service.
Manager Dee provided excellent customer service today. I am truly Grateful that she apologized and corrected my order with no push back! Thank you Dee you're the bomb.com!
Looked in my bag at the window seen no sauces for my nuggets, asked for sauce and the lady told me it’d be an extra charge?? I can’t get 1 sauce with a 10 piece nugget? Extremely rude, said she had a line and I needed to go! Wendy’s needs to shut this one down! Wendy’s n Chester st Gastonia . Also lady was slurring her words. Very unprofessional
If I could give this store a negative star I would. This store is TERRIBLE!!! went to get food for a customer and the manager and the 2 insiders was laughing and hiding, yes hiding . Acting like they was close , you could tell they didn’t care, this happen twice . And they said the system was down? Than all sudden it came back up? I’m not sure who is running this store but you need to get better people in here. Me and my family will not be coming back to get food ether and I will be sure to let everyone know how this store is.
The young lady running the drive through on 08/31/24 @ 1445 had no desire to be there. She took my order at the speaker, never asked me what I wanted to drink, then when I got up to the window, she had to ask me my order again. I would cut some slack if they were busy, but there was one car pulling away as I was pulling to the window.
Went to this location today and the food was OK the Cinnabon dessert that they have was hard. When I went to pick up my order at the drive thru the lady had a nasty face. Like really at least smile. If you don't like your job get another one. These workers don't realize they get a check because of the costumers.
Friday August 30th 6:30 pm, just went through drive thru a man in front us tried to order for 10 min and he finally drove off. We pull up and told to hold on , we did for 5 more minutes , finally woman said hold on again so we waited for 2 more minutes , we asked if they are taking orders and rude woman said yes I said hold on, we asked for how long and she said again I said you had to hold on . We obviously drove off after - an almost 20m wait and 10 cars behind us . If there was issue then I would have expected them to say so but they just decided to be rude ,
Worst Wendy's franchise ever!! BBB has been contacted. I also contacted an attorney. Discrimination/racism....... Wendy's is this okay with you? Is this how you run your business?
