I work at CKS packaging in Hollywood, FL
I left my job at 1:00 a.m. for my 20 min break to go get something to eat from WENDYS @ this location. I ordered two Classic chicken sandwiches in a Medium fry. When they gave me my food I immediately started eating my sandwich because my break is only 20 mins. When arrived back to my job to get out of my car my interior lights came on in revealed to me that I was eating raw meat on my way back to work. I never felt this sick in my Life???? ON MY WAY TO URGENT CARE !!!! The most embarrassing night ever at work Non stop vomiting in Diarrhea started happening to me at 4:30a.m. I wouldn't wish this pain i feel on anybody!!! PRAY FOR ME????
It’s the only fast food restaurant that has never figured out how to keep drinks in stock. Their soda machines are always empty. Or if they do have some drinks available, they don’t have ice, or the drinks all taste like water. It’s been like this for years.
Also, the entire staff of like 8 people will carry on a conversation without acknowledging someone standing at the register waiting to order.
Horrible service and the place was trashed when we walked in. Waited 22 minutes for 2 biggie bags. Upper management needs to pay this location a visit and make some changes.
They sell expired food, and all the sodas dispensers are almost empty. They allow people with no shirts inside the store. The small selection of drinks was super hot and melted the ice at contact. I told the employee that the food had expired, but she still placed it to sell later, and the manager knew about it and didn't do anything. If I can give -5 starts I will. Never coming back to this place.
Almost all the sodas were empty. Asked for Diet Coke at the counter and the girl just shook her head no. Glad I don’t live here. My Wendy’s in Orlando is friendly and always have fresh food and all choices in the soda machine.
I was a second class citizen here. It was not busy inside but the drive thru orders got top priority well after lunch rush. Spent $13 for 2 orders of 4 piece nuggets and medium beverage. Got no receipt, napkins and cutlery was not to be found, 2 choices of beverages were "not available." Service was "out to lunch."
Svcs are very poor there, they are Never Completely Staffed with items that's on the MENU THAT THEY ARE ADVERTISING ON THE MENU & ITS EARLY IN THE MORNING TIME WHICH I USUALLY GO THRU FOR BREAKFAST. CAN'T GET A COMPLETE MEAL OF ANYTHING L, EITHER THEY'RE OUT OF EGGS, SAUSAGE MEAT, MAINLY BREAKFAST ITEMS AT AN EARLY HOUR IF THE MORNING..THEN THERE'S NO NAPKINS OR UTENSILS PERIOD TO ACCOMMODATE A NICE BREAKFAST THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING..POOR SVC FOR THAT RESTAURANT TO BE IN THAT LOCATION OF THE PLAZA!!!
Annoying beepers from kitchen non stop burgers f dry as f. Kid on break standing at counter looking at me while I waited with 1/2 dozen employees and manager present. When cashier came to take my order he then needed to have someone unlock the register..
