I should have known to check my order before pulling off, based on the fact that the employees CLEARLY did not want to be working in the public. Got home with 3 drinks, 1 straw and a missing 6 pc nugget. Never again. Natchez Wendy's might crew I've never been up to bare minimum standard.
Granted it was late when we stopped by, they were out of food and it was still about 3 hours before closing. The staff was very courteous and offered drinks which was all they had. Otherwise, this particular Wendy's is always my go to spot when I'm in this area. Great service and the food is always fresh!!
Have went multiple times and on more than one occasion I have found that they cannot count to ten. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and one time I got 9 and then another time got 8. I only found this out after making it home. Now I will have to hold up the line before I drive off to make sure that they can do what a kindergartner can do, count to 10.
For 2 nights in a row they did not have the apple pecan salad. Poor management. Once in the drive through there's no turning around so I was stuck with. I salad. Tonight I called before I came and again they said no salad.
Went through the drive thru and the cashier seemed like she didn't want to be working the window. Had to ask for napkins and ketchup.
Great food. I took a star off service because a lot of the drive thru employees won't say hello or thanks.

Should've just walked out before ordering cold fries and a burger. But apparently the fly swarm didn't convince me to leave before it was too late.
They were extremely busy when I drove up so I'm not going to comment on the times I knew it would take a little while to get through the line. I understand that and anyone that goes to a drive-thru and sees a bunch of cars and doesn't expect the weight as an idiot. That being said is busy as it was. I should not have gotten lukewarm fries and my burger should have been correct and not cold. I think they pre-cooked the burgers. Usually. Wendy's is great. This one is not so great. I hope they can do better in the future because I do enjoy burgers at Wendy's every now and then
