Dining should be open, doors are still locked an hour after open dining posted. Would not answer the phone. Employees there but no customers... might as well close the doors if you don't want business ????
Place was not busy at all and fries were pre-made just sitting for over 20 mins now waiting to be served to the next customer. Received food quickly (wonder why) ???? ask for fresh fries if you get them maybe they will make a change!
Absolutely horrible! The workers have zero personality and if you go to the drive thru, be prepared to wait awhile! The worst Wendy's I've ever visited. Management seems non existent. Go to the new one at Martin Rd and Atlanta Hwy. Great location and awesome service!!
Only person in line and ordered a #1. I was given chicken nuggets. The #1 is a daves single. I know the saying is to check your food, but what do you pay the people at the store for?
If I hadn't driven 15 mins down the road. I would have went back and asked for a refund
Kudos to Wendy's for adding Cinnabon to the breakfast menu.
Shame on Wendy's for doing the Cinnabon brand, no justice.
The gooeyness stopped at the icing. It was quite dry and not worth my $3.69.
As a Columbus, Ohio native, I love and support Wendy's, but we need to do better on this one.

The last handful of times I have gone to this location the food has been cold and or old. The Spicy chicken sandwich was like deep fried, flattened cardboard. The fries were half filled again and the frosty was only half way filled this time. I was given no receipt and could hear the employees giggling over the speaker. I don’t eat much fast food. In the past I’ve always gone to Wendy’s when I’m in a rush. Not anymore. I’ll check out Popeyes.
The last 3 times that I have gone through the drive-thru, food has been left out of my order. I went through the drive-thru 8/16 and when I received my order, I told them that my full order was not in the bag, they insisted that it was. I pulled forward and started going thru my bag and they walked out with another bag with the rest of my food. I went home and when my son started eating his Dave's double with no mayo, it was a spicy chicken sandwich with extra mayo. I took it back and when I walked in, the guy said "I realized I gave you the wrong thing after you left/" No apologies, just took the chicken sandwich and threw it out and had someone else bring me the correct sandwich.
Absolutely the worst Wendy’s employees out there. The employee was yelling and cussing the car in front. There employees act like this is a bad area. Threatening first over the speaker then at the window. Then the employee points his hand like a gun at the customer not the place to take your kids. Pretty bad when cx just asked why there being so rude
