This is usually a pretty solid spot, but today they were WAY OFF THE MARK on quality and customer service. I waited behind only 1 car in the drive thru and it was nearly 10 mins before it was my turn to place the order. When I pulled up to the speaker the lady just said: “what do you want to order?” When I pulled around to the window no one said Hi, they just told me the charge and gestured for my card and gave me my drink and then my meal a few mins later. I ordered a Dave’s Double Cheeseburger and Fries combo and turns out they sent me home with a single-patty cheeseburger, even though I paid for the double, and the fries were not even close to done - they were white, bendy, and lukewarm ???? and I only live approx 5 miles from this location. Sure hope they do better next time????
The fries tasted like they haven't changed the fryer oil in ages, they got several items in the order completely wrong, and there was ants in the strawberry lemonade I ordered. I would listen to the other reviews, this place is awful. The employees were kind but the rest of the experience was just bad.
The food and service were not very good. It hasn't made me ill yet, so not a total loss. Next time, Hardees. I'm done with this franchise.
Not sure why this place is great one day, then substandard the next.
Went inside to make it easier to get what I wanted for my family of 4. We all got combos. The food was luke warm at best, my Hamburger looked like it had been sitting quite a while in a holding bin. Syrup mixtures in the lobby drink machine was way out of whack, very bitter drinks.
I hate spending 40 bucks on a meal when it's not worth 20. ???? Well this is why I don't frequent this place often. But sometimes it's what the kids want, and maybe next time it will be better, as it used to be, and sometimes is.
I don't work there, so I don't know what the issues are, but someone needs to take more pride in their store and fix some issues that can be addressed.
This is the WORST Wendy's in the universe!! They almost NEVER get your order right and they are not friendly at all! The latest issue was this evening when my husband ordered two taco salads and did not get the chips, salsa, or sour cream! Additionally, the lettuce was not fresh at all and there were maybe three small pieces of tomato in it. It's so frustrating to drive all the way to Pembroke and not have what you paid for! Wendy's redeemed themselves with the Dreamsicle Frosty, however, they are out of them at this location more than they have them. We stop going for awhile, decide to go back and give them another chance and they almost always disappoint. Surely, there is a manager somewhere that cares about the reputation of this facility????
They are always out of something like cheese Sauce or Baked potatoes I have lived in this town for 3 years now out of like 15 orders only 1 has been good Or even close to other Wendy standards. And I used to work at a Wendy. Managers need to do a better job ordering and supplying. Last time staff were extremely rude. To a lady with speech impediment at the pay window. It broke my heart for her. I really think corporate needs to come in and do a review of this store
Someone obviously hates their job and isn't concerned about the reputation of the company. I find it sad u would rather use the time to mess up orders and not just go find a job u like. I drove 20 min to pick my order up and 20 min back home. I should of checked but I had a kid who was not very happy so that was out of the question. I spent 30 some dollars and the only thing from the order that wasn't trashed was the baked potato. I had 2 Jr bacon and neither had bacon. 2 Jr bacon, no bacon!! Another burger had every single thing I requested to be left off on the burger! How does that even happen to mess up a single person's order so badly?
AS OF MARCH 2024. I have watched THIS WENDYS GO DOWNHILL FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS!!! They need BETTER EMPLOYEES!! Every time we've been there they are rude and NEVER NOT ONCE, HAVE THEY GOT OUR ORDER CORRECT!! NOW, as we deal with this tonight they have NO Pretzel Buns OR NO Nacho Buns! BOTH which are used in making the ONLY 2 NEW Sandwiches they have. Clearly they cannot even ORDER their supplies/ingredients to correctly to cook the food! WHERE TF IS THE OWNER???
