This has been my worst experience here so far. I got there Oct 12 around 5:00. It took me 20 minutes just to get my order out the window once I received it the fries were cold and looked as if they had been sitting in old grease. Both of my burgers were cold and the patties were very dry. There was no sympathy over the whole situation. I mostly would rate this place a 4/5 but today was a 1.
I normally come to Wendy’s every Sunday through Wednesday on my way to work, and the staff is always very friendly. My order is always correct but the last two Sundays the service has been very, very poor, and I stopped there today the entire staff with an exception of the person that was doing the cooking Was all on their phones couldn’t be bothered with taking orders from the front and then the girl gave me my order. She gave it to me with the bag half open threw my sandwich in it and then threw the bag up on the counter. she’s a young black girl with blonde braids , you guys got to do better than that you’ve got better staff
Have given this Wendy’s the benefit of the doubt multiple times hoping it would get better but unfortunately it hasn’t. My wife and I ordered 2 nugget meals with fries and we received cold fries that were not cooked all the way, and nuggets that were put in a chili container. Not only that, the team member at the window has the worst customer service. We didn’t even get the sauces that we specifically asked for. This Wendy’s is very disappointing, and we will no longer be eating here.
Most of my visits to Wendy's are very good. This one had a rough atmosphere. The dining area was very dirty. Visible long term dirt and food residue.
Youngsters running the evening shift, the first time I entered this Wendy's back in July and stood there for 5 minutes before I had to clear my throat to get the young lady's attention, because she was on the phone. This is the reason I'm complaining today, I walked in to order to sit and eat, and all the tables weren't cleaned, and my shoes were sticking to the carpet. Wendy's is not like they used to be. CLEAN
Staff was friendly and the food tasted great! The dining area was less than clean. Just needs a little work.
I really do like wendys and I am a if it's not broke then don't fix it type of girl. Their chili is always fantastic and so are there fresh salads. I love their taco salad so then I get the best of my top two favorite things to eat from here. I love their chili with the hot chili seasoning, sour cream, cheese and onions with their crackers.
Leaving this 5 star review because the young lady, Emma, who was working the drive thru was absolutely AMAZING! That's what customer service is all about. She was so sweet and had great energy. My 4 year old couldn't stop talking about her. Other fast food places should take notes from her!
