This used to be my go to spot for a little treat, up until recently. I can only express how dissatisfied I am from my recent visit. I had ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich. Firstly, the chicken sandwich had been sitting out for a very long time for how dry and hard it tasted. Secondly, the burger was still pink in the middle! It’s a thin enough patty and it wasn’t cooked all the way through? How?! I ordered this late at night so I wasn’t about to drive back and sit in a long line to fuss. I am also a few days late reviewing this because after eating the undercooked burger, mentally or not, it made me sick to my stomach that night and into the very next day - I had to call out from work over this experience. I most likely will not be returning to this Wendy’s; I’ve already had a previously bad experience where I had received attitude from an employee after they tried to give me the wrong frosty, because they were out of chocolate, and walked away after I asked for a refund. That’s not how simple food industry customer service is supposed to go. So buyer be warned because this Wendy’s needs improvement, and I would like someone to reach out per my grievance.
Went there to get the Krabby Patty meal with no onions, got back home and the meal had onions in it and didn’t have the sauce on it. I am allergic to onions so I wasn’t even able to eat it after taking the onions off. As well as this the girl in drive thru had an attitude whenever I told her my order.
I was eating my fries while driving, not really paying attention, and I ate something that wasn't a fry. Not sure if it was a dead bug that fell into the frier or some rotten chunk of food that got fried up and mixed with my food. Whatever I ate, it was the most disguisting thing I have ever put into my mouth. Had to spit it out in the bag. Do not eat here. It is unsafe.
Very impersonal and unhelpful staff at around 10AM on Tuesday, October 8th via the drive thru. The boss person is great like usual at least. App also doesn't reflect the procedures of this location randomly as of today.
Didn't even bother to check to see if my order was correct, they forgot my sandwich to the combo I ordered. Not to mention they didn't even give me my copy of receipt to make sure I wasn't a patron trying to screw them over or not OR if I was even charged correctly. Poor management and poor quality of service. Do better.
It is an older restaurant but the food is good and hot. If there is a mistake, they fix it. They are nice and I like to see the younger kids working. Chocolate frosty's are dangerous but delicious.
Can't really tell you about the food since I didn't order any. The line was SO long and SO SLOW. This was at 130 in the afternoon so we'll past lunch rush. I had to leave as my lunch break was running out. No sense of urgency among employees
I love Wendy's. The newer one in Lexington is of course my preference. I love the salad and baked potato here. I would definitely recommend it here.
