Food was horrible, tasted old, fries are cold. The wait was terrible, the employees move extremely slow, make the orders incorrectly and lie about what you ordered so they don’t have to go back or remake your order. So basically they steal your money to keep the line moving. Whoever owns this location needs to get their people together.
Ordered a plain baconator, burger was made fresh, super delicious, however, crappy service, they make you seem like you are inconveniencing the workers.

The whole overnight crew needs a wake up call. Definitely don’t have any type of customer service and if you don’t like flipping burger and chasing people out maybe this job not for you. Bunch of little kids that need assistance and attention. They said they was closed but gave one of the friends some food. Not the first time at this store. I’m not stupid and will be report it higher up. Would not recommend this location
The sandwich was thrown together It tasted old no lettuce no tomatoes no onion! It's didn't take long to get your food I went through the drive-thru! The Sandwich just didn't taste good I had got The number one,/ triple????
Absolute trash. Something as simple as “no mayo” was too difficult for the invalids that work at this establishment. Not to mention it looks as if the ingredients are all past their expiration dates. I know people will sit there and defend it by saying “it’s fast food, what do you expect?” I expect more. Looking forward to the day that machines are working the fast food kitchens.
It has been a while 6 or more years since I've dined in, but I decided to do it. It was rainy, so the floors were wet. The finishing of the floors made me worry that someone could slip if not wearing good shoes. The service kiosk for payment wasn't working, but the employees made sure you were still able to pay quickly. The food also came quickly, so that was great. One of the 2 soda machines has a lot of variety, but some of the flavors were unavailable. The second machine wasn't on at all.
Very, very slow , unorganized, unprofessional attitudes. Been here several times but this will be my last 10-30-2021 1am . Lucky to get 1 star.
