Has the worst customer service! Trying to charge me for extra sauce on the saucy nuggets that are already supposed to be that way after I’ve already spent $30 at the restaurant. The manager there is very argumentative and not a very nice person. Lost my business. Your TV advertisement says saucy nuggets not just something that looks like they just brushed it on.
People are saying the drive thru is so slow so i had to test it if it was ture.
So far it was very fast and i saw in tik tok that someone got wrong item from spongebob meal so i had to test it to.
I order a spongebob meal with frosty, fries and krabby patty and time was 2:14 sec it was fast and i got the right order

I have been to this Wendy’s 3 times and they’ve all be awful experiences; but this one takes the cake.
My husband and I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, a biggie bag, and some fries. We get to the front pretty quickly, being the only car in line and they say it’s going to be 6 minutes on the nuggets. Which was totally fine.
The guy at the counter was completely unconcerned with everyone in the drive thru. Then this random guy who was clearly high out of his mind comes over and hands me my two containers of very hot nuggets without a bag. My husband politely asked for a bag and he apologized because he thought we had already gotten our food. He took back one of the nuggets and about another 5 minutes later we were given a bag. I made sure to ask for them to put my sauce in the bag because they always always forget. The guy checks, it wasn’t in there, and then he fixed it and handed it back to us. We start pulling away and I go to grab my food and we were missing the nuggets for the biggie bag and both orders of fries. So we had to get back in line and it took them another four attempts to get it right: they wouldn’t even walk the food out to us. It was a horrible horrible experience and management needs to do a better job drug testing these people.
5 dollar biggie bag is now the 5,6,or7 dollar biggie bag! I went to Burger King yesterday and got the 5 bucks value bag . No more Wendy's unless I want chili. I love their chili, even though an ex employee told me I wouldn't eat it if I saw it being made.
Went in last night and it seems you have nothing but teenage liars there. "The system is down for the next week " maybe hire a dew adults.
the restaurant dining room is pretty cleanly.. my only problem is i came in one day to order a kids nugget kids meal for my granddaughter and they took about 15 minutes and then i explained my frustration to the manager i believe her name was kaianna, and she was completely rude and inconsiderate. don’t come here if you have any self love.
Decided to go inside to place a to go order and regretted it pretty quickly. Waited awhile before I was acknowledged then watched the staff move very slowly during a busy time. My sandwich was cold and so was the staff. You can't expect much from fast food I understand that but let's just say I won't be going inside unless necessary next time.
I go to this Wendy's often. It is always very clean, including the bathrooms, which I greatly appreciate. The staff is very nice. They take time to talk to you. It has been a very long time since the staff got my order wrong. The service time use to be pretty show but they seem to have speed up a lot in the last year. Overall a good place to grab a bite.
