Walked past what I assume was the manager outside enjoying a cigarette seemingly on a break.
Waited at the counter for five minutes while making eye contact with three different employees. No one says a word to me. No problem, I walk out as the manager walks in and asks if I'm ready to order. Well I WAS ready, I'm ready to move on now.
Do better.
Aaliyah and Erick gave us excellent service. All the employees did a great job serving us. I was very pleased.
Whenever you go thru the drive-thru, make sure to check your order before leaving the location. They had failed to listen to allergy based instructions, on top of that they had given me the incorrect burger after I had purchased one of the more expensive items on the menu, how do you forget 2 patties and the bacon on a sandwich that has the name triple Baconator?
Friendly service however the food was overly salted. The sandwich & fries burnt my mouth with the amount of salt used. Couldn't taste anything but salt.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME TO ANY WENDYS THEY GET MYT ORDER WRONG THIS SPECIFIC ONE ALWAYS %100 OF THE TIME GETS IT WRONG. I SPECIFIED THAT I WANTED A PLAIN JUST MEAT , CHEESE AND , BUN ON MY DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER BUT NO IT HAD KETCHUP AND LETTUCE. I COMPLAINED AND ASKED FOR A NEW BURGER AND I GOT A NEW ONE BACK FAIRY QUIKLY WHICH I THOUGHT WAS ODD. I ATE 1/4 OF THE BURGER AND INSTANTLY TASTED TRACES OF KETCHUP, WHICH I HATE I DESPISE KETCHUP. ALL THEY DID WAS WIPE THE BURGER OFF. I COULD HAVE BEEN DEATLY ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES. THEY DIDNT EVEN CONSIDER THAT I COULD HAVE BEEN ALERGIC, ALL THEY DID WAS WIPE IT OFF AND GIVE IT BACK. im never coming to a wendys. ESPECIALLY not the one at 351 E 16th St, Yuma, AZ 85364. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE.

The food made me feel sick while I was eating it, the worker's were fast with taking orders and getting the food out but most of the tables and the bathroom were really dirty.
It all started with should I go with a double or triple burger... After very careful thought and a very inviting picture on the menu I decided to go with the triple...Just after a few minutes or so my order was ready along with fries and a small chili cup to say the least...When I un- wrapped my burger it brought nothing but happiness to my already salivating mouth and took a very generous bite and there it was...Hit me like a ton of bricks... The most juiciest burger I have ever tasted...Dripping off my mouth to the cheese paper below was what I have been searching for my whole adult life... A genuine burger from a Fast Food joint... Along with the hot, crispy, and scrumptious fries and not to forget the signature item the wonderfully made Wendy''s chili... When all is said and done... Don't forget to pay the cashier..
I really enjoy Wendy's chili, the staff inside are very friendly and helpful. My problem with Wendy's is their mobile app, so I don't know if they know how the app works, or even if it's operating better, but I won't use it again. Other than that, I'm a big fan of Wendy's.
