Shout out the employee "Jazzie" manning the drive thru and still being nice, courteous and efficient. Breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. I'll definitely be back. My fur kid loved the potato wedges. Plus the condiments and napkins ????????????????????
No dine-in at this time, but drive-through is quick and efficient
I don't know any nearby location that has got an open dine-in. That is sad because one of the best things about visiting Wendy's is their Coca-cola freestyle. Luckily, the quality and taste of food don't depend on whether you are getting take-out or eating at the restaurant. For two people, we've ordered Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger triple, Big Bacon Classic triple, and fries with a hot sauce. I could only finish half of my burger at once. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste the same the next day. But our order was hot and fresh as always. Also, I love ghost pepper ranch sauce (it's not super spicy, of course). I wish they were selling it in regular bottles, to have some at home at any time.
Every time I go there I don't have any problems with the order and the times I've eaten inside I haven't had any bad experiences. Keep up the good work, keep the place clean and you won't have any problems. The associates here are very friendly
This has been the absolute worst experience I've had in this establishment. It was always my go to place but after this experience I won't be back. All of the employees that worked tonight's shift should be fired. They clearly didn't care, were disrespectful and cheated us out of food we paid for. We had to go through the drive thru twice only for them to get the order WRONG TWICE
When we went through the drive thru the first time..we ordered 2 biggie bags plus an extra sandwich. For biggie bag 1 it was a bacon double stack with no pickles and BBQ sauce for the nuggets. For biggie bag 2 it was a chicken sandwich with no mayo and sour sauce for the nuggets. The extra sandwich was a crispy blt. When we received our order there was no extra sandwich, no sauces for the nuggets, I didn't receive my chicken sandwich, the double stack had pickles and we barely received any fries.
Went back to the drive thru, waited for a while because they were backed up orders and when it was our turn- Informed the workers that our order was wrong. He was rude, slammed our bag on the counter, redid our order and got it wrong AGAIN-no extra sandwich AGAIN, the chicken sandwichwas disgusting. At that point it was late, there was a line and we decided to just leave. So angry we spent over 30 mins just for them to get our order wrong twice. It was clear they didn't care, in the background we could hear them laughing & joking. There were also 2 other people that were upset about their orders. Never going back!!! The attached photo is the sandwich I waited for 30 mins to receive
I ordered a combo chicken nugget for my daughter at the drive through the combo Brice was about 8.80$ they 10.05 I told the lady was taking the orders why you changed me 10.05 so she just shut the window, and she called the manager and he was rude too and screamed to me and my little daughter watching that and my baby son start crying because of this rude manger.
The manger is rude and his employees rude too they are unprofessional.
If the manager was rude what do you expected from his employees.

This place is very clean inside and out, but it is severely understaffed. The food took longer than normal to be prepared because many people were doing multiple things at once. Also they failed to replace BOTH ketchup dispensers and the pop dispenser was missing Coca-Cola Flavor (see pictures below), but they at least had ketchup packets. When I brought it to the staff they simply told me to go to the other pop machine which tells me this has been a ongoing problem (one of the customers confirmed that). The wifi is a little spotty as well, but overall it not a horrible place to have eat a meal, but definitely needs a little TLC.
Everything tasted so amazing. Like they were using new product, the chicken tasted real
