Avoid if possible.
We ordered from them a month ago and received a raw chicken sandwich.
We've customer support and the "Distric manager" reached out to us not knowing what the problem was. We responded to their email with picture proof, and just been ghosted. No resolution has been made whatsoever. I manager to get ahold of another customer support worker through social media, and was told that they can't do much since this is owned by a franchise. The info that I've received is a broken link, and no number or any other info, and told that our case is going to be on the highest priority.
Still no word from the franchise owner, district manager, no refunds, and it's absolutely frustrating.
So be warned, they're okay selling you or your children raw chicken and absolutely won't get a refund
The workers here were great. The treatment of farm laborers who harvest tomatoes for Wendy's, not so much. PLEASE JOIN THE FAIR FOOD PROGRAM WENDY'S!
They charge different prices than what the menu says. No one was willing to help by offering a refund or so. Cashier said “ I DON’T CARE” when I told him that I’m going to address this issue to the corporate
This is our favorite Wendy's. They always make the food great and it's always an abundance of it, unlike some places that skimp on the ingredients. Staff is very polite. I would definitely go back and recommend it
Just ate here with my son. The workers were all super nice. The lady that helped us even let my son try the triple berry frosty before choosing his frosty flavor. Great experience, Typical Wendy’s food(good value for the $), great service. Will be back.
Just don't come to this location. A few months back I came in and that dry voice came over the speaker asking if I would be using an app. I replied "no." Now any other restaurant...even Wendy's on Pflaum will ask, "how many I help you?" Not this ignorant woman she says with attitude "you know you can just start ordering right?" In which I replied and you know when you speak to paying customers over this speaker you can talk with respect and ask how you may help us, right?" Like really. It was that black woman with the braids who did that. I had not been back since until today. The bacon on my sandwich was RAW. I called to inform them because I waited in line for 10 minutes for them to cook an egg that I told them I didn't want on my sandwich. The manager was so uninterested and straight up said, "I mean, I don't know what you want me to do. I mean you can come in and tell them I'm said to give you another meal the next time you're here for breakfast. I will NEVER go back to this location. Not in this lifetime or the next. Spend your money elsewhere. As bunch of unhappy employees there...except the black men that I have seen working in this store.
In the drive thru today (6/6/24) the cash register wouldn't take my coupon in my phone app. The gentleman working the cash window around 5:30 said not to worry about it and he paid for my entire order and was just so polite! We need more fast food workers like him! GOD BLESS HIM !!
ALL of the staff that work the drive through are rude, if you don't like the job don't work there. It's unfair to push terrible service onto customers because you hate your job.
