Stood at the counter with no customers in front of me for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. An employee started to take it, but walked away half way through it for 5 minutes then returned to finish taking my order. 3 out of 4 items I asked for he said they were out of. Another advertised item he said they did not carry. I then waited 16 minutes for my order to be ready. I checked it before walking out the door. It was a good thing too, it was missing items. When I brought it to their attention he asked if I was sure that I ordered it. I produced my receipt and he made it good. I could see that the floor behind the counter was absolutely disgusting, littered with garbage and food. Employees just walked on it instead of taking a few seconds to clean it up. There was a garbage can that was overflowing in the food prep area too. It had bags, used napkins, and plastic gloves that were falling onto the floor. Again the employees chose to step over or on instead of picking up. I would have asked for the manager, but she was one of them walking on the food and garbage. Of course I took pictures as proof.
Ordering Uber eats here at 10pm on is awful. Ordered a baconator combo..no cheese or full sauce. Had 2 orders of 6 piece nuggets one spicy, one regular and received neither order even though they had to make a spicy chicken sandwich as well $50+…wtf I get you guys want to go home but this is just sad laziness. I got a refund for my nuggets but I’m still pissed about this.
I had a baconator sandwich & a salty caramel frosty for lunch. I'm in love with the frosty. It's to die for, wow. It's addictive!!! Also the food was hot, service great, clean place & they've got cinnabons w/ icing on top. I'll try that item next time really soon.
Food always comes out hot at this location! Just a little alarmed this time. Today I went & at the bits of red in my Wendy’s bag. I have nothing with ketchup or red on it that I ordered. I’m hoping it’s ketchup. Very unsettling tho. Because it came from nothing inside my Bag.
So we quit coming to this Wendy's location years ago. Wendy's has never been the same since Dave died, but this location is the worst. We decided to give it a try again today, big mistake. Drive through took over twenty minutes, and it wasn't even that busy. Ordered a combo #1 and combo #7 (both hamburgers). Somehow ended up with two spicy chicken combos. I will say that the worker who gave me the food was pleasant and seemed to be trying her best. Whoever owns this location needs to intervene. What a joke. It will be years again before I give this place another chance.
Big shout out to management and crew at this location. When it comes to quality, I’ve never had better and the customer service is way beyond expectations!!! Keep up the great work and amazing food quality!!! I absolutely love this location and will be returning frequently!!!

Disgusting, unedible food! Dave Thomas must be rolling in his grave. The homestyle chicken sandwhich is now a pressed patty, for over $11! The bun was so stale it fell apart, the chicken was hard. The fake cheese wouldn't melt and the bacon was burned. This is so gross!
