I just want to say thank you so much for the absolutely disgusting meals you served me. Today, around 4:30- 4:45 p.m., we pulled up to the drive-thru speaker. After waiting 10 mins, we spoke because nobody was acknowledging we were there. They weren't busy, so the wait was nonsense. That's okay. Then we were asked to hold. Again, that's okay. What's not okay, we had to repeat our order not once, not twice, but three times. Again, it's not a big deal. Specifically asked for sweet and sour sauce and was given ranch. I wish that were the only things that were given with the meal. After pulling off, opening the bag and finding, soggy, grease filled, stuck together fries and nuggets. Again, not all that were given. The burger was smaller than the onion. The fries had black stuff on them, but again, not all that was given. The fries had hairs on them. So, I decided to eat my nuggets. I took a bite and tasted a hair and guess what? The nuggets had hairs on them as well. The same hair on the fries. $15 dollars was waisted on food that was inedible. Will not be returning. Absolutely disgusting.
Best nuggets & chicken sandwich I had from Wendy's in awhile. My food was super fresh & good. The staff treated me well tonight. They were very professional & customer service was GREAT!!! The lobby was clean as well. I will definitely return to this Wendy's.
I ordered a Big bag with the crispy chicken BLT. No bacon and the chicken patty wasn't crispy at all. I only had about 10 fries and they were dark, old and cold. My chicken nuggets were cold and tasted old. I will not be returning to this particular location again.
This has to be the slowest drive-thru in the Mid-
South. Tonight, I was in line for over 45 minutes before I left. This is not fast food. Sad thing is this is typical drive-thru time at this store. They have to be losing $1000 and more every day due to their inefficiency and attitude. The Manager has to be the responsible person for letting their restaurant operate this way. Please, do something about the way this Wendys runs its business. Pitiful. I will drive to another Wendys than to go to the Horn Lake Restaurant. There are four Wendys in the area. Wendys Horn Lake and its customers are yelling HELP to the district manager. Please fix this store.
Gave us one tiny piece of bacon on each chicken sandwich when the receipt clearly states (ADD bacon 2pc), mayo didn't even hit the sandwich on one but on the wrapper only, that takes talent. Two tiny pieces of lettuce on the other sandwiches. The hamburgers look like a toddler made them with also, small amounts of bacon on the bacon classic. Really, is this difficult?! Clearly, keep your expectations really low if you stop in here for your next dining experience.
Came in for a quick bite at lunch. Not too busy. The staff was in a great mood laughing as they worked. Seemed as they enjoyed being there with each other..lots of interaction with front line staff and myself. Dining room was clean..food was fresh and prices were reasonable..
The manager shea and her team was awesome everybody provided Good customer service food fresh get me out another time
Jamya was very polite you don’t see that anymore she didn’t rush me while I was ordering she smiled when I pulled up and that goes alone way it’s the little things that make a difference
