Host curley , very rude, first time here in along time, got total wrong order, order baconator ,got burger with two cheese while reception says one cheese. Went back inside to correct order, they still gave me wrong order, I was recovering from COVID but had to go inside because of their incompetency. As bad as Chef Bernie's or worse.
If I could give them a zero star I would. Took about 10 minutes to even get on the speaker in the drive thru. After FINALLY getting my food, the nuggets were cold. The associate also was kind of rude. Definitely do not recommend going here at all.
When going through the drive through, there was at least a 3 minute delay before anyone answered the box. When paying for my order I presented the girl at the window with my free frosty coupons. She then got the frosties and proceeded to lecture me about the coupons. Saying she is basically giving me them for free even though she still kept my coupons that I payed for. Her excuse was she has to ring it up. The register is right in front of her. She was very rude about it. And the the manager was watching the whole exchange and did not say anything. To top it all off they charged me for a medium combo and gave me a junior size. We spent $50 on our order.
Arrived at 11:06PM to the drive thru menu board lights off but all other lights were on in the restaurant and the sign. The order speaker was still lit up as well. The two drive thru employees hid when I was honking my horn. I pulled up to the window and the woman had the cook from the back come to the window (not sure what this was all about honestly) and tell me they close at 11pm. All Wendy’s in Farmington are open until 12AM Fridays and Saturdays. Just thought management would like to know your night crew is telling folks the store is closed when they still have another hour they should be serving customers. If you guys really do close at 11pm all of a sudden, you need to change your hours online and on your windows. People like me don’t get off work until most everything is closed so it’s very disappointing when I come to spend my hard earned money on a hot meal after working hard all day and your employees are too lazy to flip a burger.
Went through the drive through at 11:15 and they had shut down everything but the grill. No spicy chicken, chicken nuggets or ice cream or even drinks. Shut everything down early to get out of doing there job for another 45 minutes or more. Not a big loss but what else are they being lazy about, cleanliness or even food prep.
Services is always poor. You never get greeted. People who work there are always rude and the place is always dirty
Love Wendy’s! I accidentally ordered a burger online when they were still serving. Real fast. So they switched it out for something I’ve never tried before, but I loved it! I’m not even sure what it was called. There was sausage bacon egg cheese Mayo on a im not even sure what’s kind of bread. But it was so dang good lol
Very slow service. Had to wait for my drinks and then had to wait for straws to even drink them :( then didn't even give us enough straws and had to go back in after the drive threw.
