The food was great, hot, and fresh. The store was clean with nice outdoor seating. Staff is very nice and helpful.
The manager was by far the best. Kind and happy to make 2 kids with autism happy in getting the specific toys they wanted.
Staff is always pleasant and the order is always correct. If you place a mobile order, you will wait longer than if you didn't. They pull you forward and make you wait while the rest of the drive thru gets serviced faster. Even though this can be frustrating, it is my favorite Wendy's because the staff and orders are always great.
Food was good, but extremely cold in dining area. We ate outside.
Also employees child was in the dining room with a very loud tablet. Not a problem bringing your child to work, but get the young lady some headphones!!
The combination of the 2 gave us a bad experience.
This is the most inconsistent Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure who the owner is of this location, but I recommend changing your hours you are actually open online to match the hours that you allow the staff decide when they want to close. This isn’t a once in a while occurrence but happens all the time and it’s tough when you drive 15 minutes to come expecting to get a quick bite to eat.
The manager that was there on Sept 18th at 7pm was super helpful and funny, I got all of my food super fast. I just wanted to write this cuz the manager was really cool and helped me when I pushed the wrong button on the kiosk HAHA, I don’t know your name but not all hero’s wear capes
This is the cleanest Wendy’s we have ever been to! The managers and crew are always friendly and the food is prepared well! I noticed their latest health inspection was a perfect 100! Perhaps Wendy’s corporate should send other store managers to this location to see what one SHOULD look and operate like!
Five stars, all having purpose. 3 for the services rendered (in this case food), 1 for the facilities (is it welcoming), and 1 for the service itself (the people). This Wendy's specifically loses 1 star because my food was not made well. The salad we ordered was subpar with very little green lettuce, and the container was less than half full. This Wendy's loses another star because upon walking into the facility, it wasn't welcoming. I'm sure that's because they didn't expect guests into the dining area, but there should still be at least an expected standard. The last star this Wendy's loses, and the biggest reason I'm writing this review, is because the manager was less than pleasant.
Explanation of the manager:
Upon arriving to get my salad replaced, a very nice employee met me at the door, and agreed that the salad was not up to standard. At that time she tells the manager what's wrong, and that I also wanted to pay for another sandwich. This was when the manager tells the employee to invite me in.
As I get to the counter, and before assisting me, the manager scolds the employee for going to the door to assist me. When I inform the manager that the salad was less than expected she was not happy and insisted that "All Wendy's Salads look like that." So I then request a new different salad instead of the same one I ordered. The picture I have included with this is the standard I would expect to pay $7.19. I regrettably do not have a picture of the original salad.
So because of the initial Salad Quality I only give this Wendy's 2 stars. The rest of the food was excellent and above expectation.
If I could request one thing for this Wendy's, it would be that the management learns a better way to instruct their employees, not talk down to them, and not scold them, especially in front of customers.
Normally, customer service is great, but whoever was working tonight (11/9) was rude! We ordered a #6 in a meal, a son of a baconator (just the burger), and a frosty. We got everything but the spicy chicken that was supposed to be a part of the #6 meal. I called the store to tell them the error only for the rude girl to tell me to hold, not even a please. I could hear her take orders and randomly chatting it up with coworkers, not about my issue for 10 minutes!!!!!! I finally hung up. Whoever she was needs to go through customer service training again. I miss the nice, friendly, southern girls that used to work there. They got orders, correct.
