Nothing specific, but this is the worst wendy's I've ever been to, this is coming from a former manager. Food is always cold and never correct, sauces and napkins are never put in bag for drive-thru or delivery. You will miss whole items and drinks when ordering delivery. This place needs new management or should be shut down. I'm surprised no one has gotten sick yet
Worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. Nuggets we’re hockey puck hard. Cheeseburger was not correct with cold hard meat. French fries were cold. Never going to this garbage location again. Waste of money, time, gas and thought. Workers were okay but dismissive and customer service was meh. This location shut just be shutdown. What a disappointment but what can you expect for a Wendy’s attached to a gas station.
Ordered a kids meal & jr frosty. Cashier was not friendly. Didn't mention the toys were out of stock. If i knew that i would of changed my order. The lids were not stocked at all, just a few small was available. The countertops by the fountain was filthy. Looks like it hasnt been wiped down in hours. I wont reccomend visiting this location.
I waited outside for 10 minutes for a mobile order. The food was colder than Lake Michigan and the fries were stronger and tougher than a punch from Mike Tyson. I wouldn't feed this food to a dog or a prisoner. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at.
I went through the drive through, my order was wrong when I got home. I called to request a refund, the lady supposedly named Maria stated that I should go back to get the refund. I do not have time to be driving back and forth. I didn't get a receipt, and when asking the supposed manager Maria who I could barely understand, she refused to give me a corporate number and stated that she did not have a last name and hung up.
Went through the drive-through today and had the pleasure of speaking with Phelim. He was very courteous and accommodating, And it made what was a rough afternoon into one that was enjoyable. Would highly recommend this location, especially if he is on duty

I feel so ???????????? mad right now.
I usually stop on my way home and order and pay for a baked potato with bacon and cheese, with extra cheese sauce. I always pay for extra cheese, but although they charge me for it, they don't add it. So today I ordered my baked potato with bacon and cheese and extra cheese sauce on the side. Just to make sure, I'll get what I'm paying for. I receive the bag, open it and i see the big container and 2 small ones with the cheese. I close the bag, and head home. Very happy ????, cause I finally got what every time I pay for.... Yeah!
I get home and take everything out of the bag. One of the small containers had cheese, the other one had cheese sauce... And the big one, has an empty potato.
I accomplished getting the extra cheese and cheese sauce.
This time you just stole my bacon!
I Googled Wendy's to call them, and of course, no-one answers.
You took your sweet time to fill my order, and once again, you stole from me. As you usually do.
This is the 3rd time in a row that Jordan had messed up our order and tried to blame it on us. She was rushing us through our ordering in the drive thru and wasn't listening. I had to go back in twice because she charged us incorrectly and my daughter almost didn't get her meal. She was rude in her tone and demeanor, when the nice younger manager tried to correct it for us. I didn't catch his name. He gave us our $ back because we were charged too much and she tried to blame it on how my husband ordered her food.
