When walking in, I was immediately impressed with the design of this Wendy’s. I don’t know if Wendy’s is doing this to all of their restaurants, but Iliked it. It’s refreshing and feels very relaxing. Food was fresh, especially the fries. The only knock on this location is the bathroom. No paper towels and it looked like it hadn’t been serviced in a while. that, this was a nice change of scenery for Wendy’s.
I’ve gone here a couple of times whenever I’m craving some Wendy’s, and I must say that I’m impressed!
I order through the app and get to the store in around 10 minutes, and each time I get here my food is ready or will be ready shortly after I arrive.
The food is good, especially the fries when they are served hot and fresh. I typically wouldn’t recommend the fries since I used to order Wendy’s through delivery, but ordering in store or pick-up is much better since the fries are not cold.
The customer service was excellent when I came here for Lent. The employee asked if anyone had a mobile order, which I did and she gave me my order immediately after I told her my name. Her attitude was great and welcoming!
The lobby is always spacious and clean, good presentation. There is also a nice “campfire” area if you just want to sit and relax.
Overall, I would recommend going here for a quick bite or dining in with family and friends!
Service inside has been good and I've returned many times. The drive thru at night is a problem though, I waited over 5 minutes to get a response from repeated "Hello?" prompts and finally gave up, 4 cars waiting behind me.
I stopped at the payment window, hoping to place an order there. They looked busy (probably filling app based orders) but no one would come to window, left after 2 minutes of waiting.
JR anything are surprisingly small, even for the value menu. I’m more impressed with BK or McD versions. Dry erase marker for scale.
I been waiting in drive through for 20 minutes eventually made it to the window and she told me she doesn’t has biscuits do I want my sandwich with mafens, I said yes because it was late to work. She disappeared for 5 minutes came back and told me go wait we bring your food out side, not it is almost half and hour waiting for fast food
My poor husband went here for lunch recently and the lady in the drive through picked her nose in front of him, then handled his food and asked for payment. He declined and went inside to tell the manager. I hope they do some training for their employees, because eww. I think Wendy's is now ruined for us.
Food was perfect and so was service! Very clean and beautiful location but there was no ice for our drinks and no paper towels or soap in men's restrooms.
The absolute worst customer employees. They intentionally get my order wrong. I will not revisit. The last time I went, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food and it was wrong as usual. The manager said they don't do refunds. So I was inconvenienced even more by calling. I will never return.
*And even the there's mobile order parking. No one will even come out because the app says, carry-out, dine in, or Drive-thru. They will never come out for carry out. They barely announce names for mobile order.
