Pull up after dark (just after 5pm) and the lights outside are all off. Are they actually open? Can see someone inside so gave it a try. Worker outside by the front door smoking on a break. Go inside to find the order kiosks down and person at the actual counter was rude. 2 cash registers open but she was too busy counting money and chatting with others working to even acknowledge us. When we did order she didn't even apologize for making us wait more than 5 minutes standing there. Then was rude while taking our order. The food was sad and not worth the wait either. There's so many better options, I would avoid this Wendy's.
Right around 5pm on a Friday.
Winter time, the sun has basically all but set and yet the outside lights have not come on.
Upon entry, the self ordering kiosks are not working, with a message to see staff at the counter.
Arrival at the counter, you find 2 cash registers. Only one seems to have an employee assigned at what should be a peak time.
The employee is cou ting money in the register and talking to her co workers and superiors.
No one greets you. No one say they will be with you shortly.
And yet you are standing there.
Waiting.
And waiting.
And waiting some more.
Finally your order is taken with nary an apology for anything that has transpired or not transpired.
You get your food, the place really isn't busy despite what should be a busy time.
The food really wasn't worth the wait, let alone the money.
If the locals are not coming here, I don't recommend taking the exit from the Interstate.
Keep going. There's better places just a little further down.
Came here first day it reopened and food was good. Since then nothing I have ordered has been right. The food is not prepared well. Definitely need better management on quality.
Place seems under staffed, they only have one side of the line running for lunch rush when both sides should be going so you know there’s not enough workers. Workers also seem over worked I’ve noticed they don’t get anytime in between cars in drive thru at all most times and the lines in the dinning room get really long sometimes so they don’t even get a break to stock or clean the thing they needs to clean then people like to complain. Anyway I just wanted to leave this review so some of you can start going easy on the Wendy’s employees they have had I rough lately because of how busy it’s been getting
The young dude that took my order was awesome. I really look forward to going for lunch. I only got a Cherry Vanilla Coke, but his customer service is on point. Keep up the great work!!
It's much better than it used to be (at least it was renovated since the last time I was there). Went for breakfast: The service was just okay; I ended up using the kiosk to get a combo. The sandwich was good, the coffee and wedges were a bit weak, though. Overall, I'd give them a 3.5/5, rounded up to a 4, I guess.
Ordered and charged for a spicy ghost pepper sandwich and got a basic bacon lettuce tomato chicken sandwich! I tried calling but it went to Walmart gift card! I would like a refund or my sandwich made right! The next time I come in! This is the 2nd time this has happened! Please learn the right way to make the right sandwich
The place is renovated and the food is really nice! There was a little extra waiting for our order to be delivered but the manager was extremely welcoming and gave us a free meal in the end. The employees were very polite as well.
