Me and my family was at Wendy’s this past Sunday. While we were deciding what to eat the electric went out. The lady that was working said it would take awhile for system to come back up and running. We was just telling her how our day has been bad and now the electric went out on block so wasn’t sure what we were gonna do. She was so sweet She gave our family nuggets fries burgers and drinks for free because they would have thrown it out. The young lady and the manager that day was nice polite. We even sat and talked while everyone ate. If there was more workers like this lady the world would be a little bit better. We left there with my grandma calling the ladies family . Great experience! Awesome worker. Wish I would have got her name.
I walked in to an empty restaurant. The drive thru was also empty. The counter guy walks up and informed me they are only doing drive thur today. There was no sign on the door. The door was open. Why can you tell me to go to the drive thru at the counter but not take my order at the counter?
My girlfriend and I just got home from Wendy’s in Easton to eat our dinner, and come to find out there’s hair on her Dave’s Single she ordered ! Disgusting. Definitely not my hair nor my girls she’s a red head
Went in to order food to go.... ordered 2 meals. Took 15 minutes after placing and paying for order to get my food. No customer service here and restaurant really needs cleaned. Upon leaving... found out i did not have a fork for my one meal and the other meal was incorrectly made altogether.
Dining room was closed on Friday at 6pm! WTH?! The sign even said that the dining room was open AND one of their doors was open. Only drive through? Put up a dang sign then. We dragged both of our 5 year olds out of the car because they had to use the bathroom & we wanted to order food … only to walk in and be told only the drive through was open. There are certainly worse things in life … truly. But still a pain in the ars. I’m pretty confident that their boss probably didn’t approve of only the drive through being open on a Friday night.
Waited over 30+ minutes for our food in the drive thru and we mobile ordered hoping it would be a bit quicker they made us go to the door and nobody ever came so we had to hop back in line to get our food. Terrible service. Staff seems like they didn’t know what they were doing. One lady I think possible manager helped us after and she was very friendly.
Sunday at 10 they did not have anyone to "run register" but we can go thru drive thru. Person running register was "doing Door Dash"
I'm not sure how this place is still open. I watched them mess up 2 orders before mine atleast 2 after and mine. The ketchup tastes like some other sauce like there was a different sauce in there before and they just out ketchup overtop of it without washing it. Gross. Nothing is stocked properly and the bathrooms are nasty. One toilet wont even flush
