Just left the Wendy's at the Nashua mall area. Wish I could say I'm shocked at how the food was,but this is the second time it's been cold and left in the warmer too long. I figured, first time,ok everyone is entitled to an off day,however this time,same issue. Unfortunately I go to that location because it's easier on my son's break time,as he works across the parking lot. Burgers should NOT sit in the warmer longer than 16 minutes,the fries shouldn't either,especially when rush is over and no need to be rush ready. The burger itself was so cold and you could tell it had been sitting too long as the cheese was hard around the edges,and when opened,because they got the order wrong,you could tell where they pulled off the lettuce. UNACCEPTABLE. I've worked in the food industry for many years and no way would I eat that,so there would be no way I'd let a paying customer eat that,it's called having pride in your work,which clearly is a rarity these days. The fries were cold as well. Nothing should have been cold for just going across the parking lot. Not that it matters to this establishment or any other fast food place but, when sales start decreasing, don't ask why. Especially for the prices people pay,the quality of food should be better as well as edible.
The chicken wasn't cooked very good and the french fries were lousy.
They used to have the best fries around. Sorry but I won't return.
I'm beginning to think New Englanders are just a surly bunch of people- the service was gruff & curt, I was yelled at when I came back in to throw away my trash- I ate in the mall parking lot because I didn't see the restaurant entrance (it was on the drive-thru window side) & there were maybe 6 parking spots total! (also on the drive-thru window side)
The chili was good, but the burger was only so-so, & they put onions on it when I specifically asked for "no onions." It sure ain't burger King (which I don't care for to begin with!)
Kind of expensive for fast food, but everything is up since the plandemic. Place has a kiosk to place your order. A minion has been charged with handing it to you. Free refills inside.
I go through the drive though a lot and I'm always happy when I see Kendra at the window. She's awesome. I know my order will be accurate and the food will be fresh when she's working.
They are quick and all the individuals at the service window are very nice and welcoming. Ontop of that, they went outta town with the extra pickles and as a pickle lover I appreciate yall!! ????
I went through about 6:15pm. at the counter I had to ask the nonenglish speaking to talk louder about 5x. The child then pulled the "scared" card without reason, got a older boy, and finally took my order correctly repeating it even more times. She was whispering to the point the boy next to her asked for a repeat several times. this AFFIRMATIVE ACTION hire is useless if she has to tie up another employee to get the job done.
I bough 2 baconator meals and they cut the bacon in half. I thought the name suggested we would get nice bacon pieces and the taste wasn’t good either. Very disappointed!
The bacon cheese burger $5 meal deal is a great value. The burger, fries and drink were all excellent. The chicken nuggets were ok, fresh and hot but a bit too processed and soft.
