Quality? This is disgusting. You should be ashamed of the quality of food you charge your customers to eat. You are so consistently bad it's absolutely pitiful. I want my money back for this sad excuse for a hamburger. This location sucks!!! Never eat here.
I went there 11/2324. Horrible customer service. The female taking orders had a nasty attitude and terrible listening skills. I had to repeat my order several times because she was having conversations in the background. No sense of urgency when it comes to bringing food out to the parking lot, that I had to wait almost 30 minutes for. Ridiculous.
Stopped here while traveling to get a quick bite to eat. Went through the drive-thru and the service was good. Had my food in a reasonable time after ordering. I had the $5 biggie bag. The sandwich had a little too much Mayo but still tasted great! The fries and chicken nuggets were also good. Only issue was that they forgot to give me a straw but when I asked for one they addressed the issue quickly. Landscaping outside was nice and inviting. Overall good experience here.
Placed an order for 14 items, and we received only 5. Went on the app to use the help function and was met with the message "we see you have a lot of issues with orders. Would you still like to proceed?" Decided to call them after reading that were they were kind enough to offer me a 15$ credit on a 70$. As generous as Door Dash was, we decided to call the local Wendy's to see if maybe the dasher did not grab all of our bags. The manager told us that this was the case. We asked if we could come grab them ourselves, and she offered to have them made fresh for us since it had already been 30 minutes. At the peak of lunch time, they didn't let that stop them from fixing and issue that they didn't create. 10 out of 10!!
For just over 17.00 I received a 10 piece nugget, 1 lg chili and 1 taco salad. Chili did not have any beans and very little meat. New taco salad was not impressive. Received no chips of any kind, a new salsa that was ok tasting, no sour cream. The nuggets at least were
Went through drive through. Ordered 10 piece spicy garlic parm sauce nuggets. Delicious.
The strawberry lemonade was great and tasted wonderful as well.
Literally just from there and i have someone else’s order. The customer service was not there and the cashier who took my order didn’t even know what I had. They didn’t even give me my receipt. If I wasn’t on a time limit I would’ve definitely went back and got it fixed, but it should’ve been right the first time.
