This Location Can Get Extremely Packed Line Can Reach Main Road! Actually Allows You To Change The Fry In Your Biggie Bag For The Baconator Fry ????, Most Locations Don't! Still Can Change Drink To Frosty But Man Look The Fry ????, Got Me With Best Looking Bacon I've Had In A While From Wendy's Props To The Cook & Staff! Great Work!! They Also Only Have One Picnic Table Outside Being June With Nice Weather Definitely A Great Thing To Have!
I've eaten here many times and never had a problem. The food is always good. They always get it right. The service may not always be the most friendly (sometimes they just don't even say anything), but that's fine. I care more about the food than anything else and that's always been on point!
Every single time i go here the food taste like its been sitting for hours. So i asked for my food to be made fresh but everything was cold cold i didnt even make it a block and had to turn around. No straw either.
Very clean and has quick service. Pleasant atmosphere. Only suggestion is that it should be one closer to the hwy. But worth the short drive for fresh food.
I stopped at this Wendy's this morning against my better judgement. I have never had a good experience here and this morning was no different. I pulled up and no one was in line, so I thought good I'll be in and out. Nope. I ordered 1 sandwich and they had me pull up and wait. Now remember no one in line. Not in front of me and no one behind me. 10 minutes I sat and waited for 1 sandwich. This has got to be the worst Wendy's in America.
My family and I were in a rush to drive to a commitment out of town, so we put in a mobile order around lunchtime for pickup at 4:50. I walked in at 5:00, and they were still finishing the nuggets and baked potato. To be fair, it was a 50-pack of nuggets, but again, we put in the order at noon, it said we could edit our order until 4:40, so I can only assume that's when it was officially submitted to the store, and we didn't end up getting our food until 5:20!!! So, we got our food 30 minutes late because it essentially took them 40 minutes to cook the nuggets, which I could do at home in MUCH less time than that. Also, they forgot the butter for the potato, but we didn't realize that until we were in the car speeding away to the commitment that we were late to, which affected the entire rest of our night!! Also, after all of this, all I got was a "Sorry about your wait, sweetie" from who I believe was the manager as she handed me my food. Oh, also also, the sandwiches that we also got were completely cold, because they had been done a LONG time before the nuggets were.
tl;dr
Took way too long to fulfill scheduled order, half the food was cold and gross, and the half-hearted apologies from the staff were of little help and only added insult to injury. I will never go here when I need fast food fast ever again.
It takes to long to get your food and my order is never the way I order it they up size it when they want and make you pay for it even after you question it I've had gotten my sandwich without a burger before had to go back as the workers thought it was funny and sometimes the bun is stale so we no longer eat there anymore
The absolute best and fastest lunch service I have consistently experienced of any restaurant. I literally do not know how it could be any faster, and its always consistently fresh. Whoever is the dayshift manager needs a raise lol
