Ordered a double stack biggie bag deal. Guy at the window was ready with my food, with a suspicious grin on his face before I even finished paying. I then pulled up to him and said "man, that's service." He said "yeah." Then laughed and turned around. I didn't think anything of it. I drive home pull out my food. And I noticed my double stack is missing a few key ingredients. Specifically, burger patties. I drive back to the restaurant and ask to talk to the manager. I show her the burger with no patties and she asks the guy who handed me the food how that happened. He looks at her and says "Do you think I'd make a burger without patties?" She responds with "No." Then looks at me. She then tells me "sorry, we've had people do this before. They take off the patties then ask for another burger."
Lazy lying teenager. Do not go here.
I order the same thing every morning 5 days a week. This morning I was highly disappointed in receiving a Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant that had the biscuit chicken on it instead of the full chicken fillet! Cutting corners and charging full price! Sad!
Stop here for a quick lunch on way to Fort Wayne and they've always been kind and prompt with service. Food has always been hot as well.
I order a junior bacon cheeseburger, and get asked medium or large, as if I’m forced to upgrade. So I say medium because who cares about 30 cents. I get told my total is 5.65, and then 5.67. Go to pay and my total is 5.99. I don’t care about 60 extra cents but maybe communicate with each other and give me my right total? Every time I go here it’s like I lose brain cells trying to communicate with the teenagers that are about to drop out or already have. Like is the only question on the application A.) do you want a job? And then the second one is B.) are you mentally ill and in dire need of an education?
And if both are yes they get the job? At the rate I am going if I got there 4 more times I will be a vegetable and bed ridden, get it together gd
Everything I got was cold..ff were cold..chicken nuggets cold and hamburger was not even hot enough to melt the cheese..I've never had this bad of service from them till today ????
Their drive up is probably one of the fastest drive up windows in Bluffton.
Ordered a baconator with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. It seems me asking for no bun also meant that I didn't want bacon, because I didn't get it. On a triple baconator. So disappointing. Small redemption comes from then giving me parm crisps instead of croutons, which I loved.
Love the value meals had the double stack nice to be able to get an affordable fast food meal for the price and quality
