The woman who works Sunday nights (she works 7 days a week) is absolutely INCREDIBLE. She has dark hair and is short, and is absolutely incredible. She’s always so sweet, quick to answer questions, and is understanding. Thanks for being so awesome!! You make the trip so much better. :) Give this girl a raise! Please!!!
Waited 5 mins at the window for food and got this. Never going back and reported to corporate.
Garbage fast food. Medium baconator value meal was $14 for medium fries and medium drink. The fries box was not full. It's like they are afraid they won't make enough money if they fill the box with french fries. I felt sick the rest of the night after eating it.
We just tried the new mushroom bacon cheeseburger and caramel frosty and both way exceeded expectations! The staff were friendly and helpful. An exceptional customer experience.
I rarely stop at Wendy's and I guess 10:10pm is a busy time for them. I had to go through the drive thru because lobby closed. They took my order quickly and efficiently, but it took 14 minutes to get to the window and received my food. I was starving! The staff was nice, but they were struggling. At least the food was hot and the manager was doing her best to move it along or it would have been another 14 mins. It was way too long to wait for fast food at that time with only the drive thru lane open.
Has to be one of the worst Wendy’s in the state service wise. Work at the hospital close by and sometimes we get a group order together because there’s not much else open late night. I don’t think there’s been a single time where they got the order right. I ordered a biggie bag, came with no fries. They NEVER give ANY sauces. People who work there are either illiterate or lazy ????
I got the David's single hamburger and it's delicious. I also got the cinnabon. It needed to touch more icing. Staff are very polite and professional
They renovated it and got rid of the cool neon drive though sign I came here to see
