So I currently visited Wendy's to grab a bite to eat, and I was greeted at the door by Jonathan the manager, and was asked if I would like a free meal, this was very random, did not see this coming at all, and I accepted, not just the manager, but all of the staff were very pleasant ,nice and helpful, the restaurant was very clean, and was accessible to anyone, the meal that I chose to eat was cooked fresh, and was very very good, this restaurant is located right off the highway, there are other restaurants I could have chose in the area, there are multiple hotels and motels located within walking distance of just about everything you need if you are here visiting or even if you live here, all in all I was very pleased and very welcomed, I absolutely recommend this particular Wendy's if you are in the area visiting or like I said even live here,
No tea. No lemonade. Asked for Juice and he said "we out". Then he offered hi-C for juice. Bad customer service. I received the wrong order through the drive through, when I called about it, I asked for a refund because I didn't get the right drink or the right entree and I couldn't eat the entree due to allergies. I was hung up on. Then I called and they just refused to answer. I ended up having to call the corporate office. 0 stars. Do not recommend.
The service was awful. The girl with the red braids (that took the order) has a nasty attitude. The girl in the window didn’t know what she was doing. She needed more training. I just told the girl I didn’t order the meal. I only ordered a burger and she does not know how to talk to ppl, no receipt n my order was still wrong.
The food was gross. Like the fried were re dropped and you could definitely tell. They seem to always be out og the homestyle chicken for the Asiago chicken sandwiches, so they always make it spicy here. That I can deal with, the horrible froes I can not.
After spending the day crying my eyes out & not eating all day, I got up to grab the closest thing that was still open. I placed a mobile order for a salad at this Wendy’s location. When I arrived to pick it up, they were sold out. I seriously felt as though the day couldn’t get any worse so I said, “Screw it. I’m so ready for this day to be done. I’ll just go to bed without eating.” Thank God Shaterika & LaToya were working the window that night!! They saw the frustration & disappointment on my face when I found out that my order was unavailable, and they were determined to make it right. I came in tears but drove off with the biggest smile. Those ladies had no idea that I was having such a terrible day. They were simply being themselves & doing their job. I have officially received the best customer service ever (definitely TOP TIER)…and it was from my neighborhood Wendy’s. Good people are still out there! I was blessed to come across them last nught!!! ♥️ (Wednesday, 7/31/24)
Inside is locked. They cannot hear you through the drive through. Are out of a lot of things. You have to pull up and wait for food but then it's cold when they give it to you.
This Wendy's was clean and has a friendly staff. Food was good and the dining area was not busy for dining in. I like the self serve soda machine and the variety of soft drinks it provides.
How can a location be out of half of what you wanted to order and then forget to pack the rest of the order in the bag? Forget straws, out of napkins, no forks. And the food that’s in the bag, is wrong… Are y’all okay?
