I stay in the area and frequent this store at least 5 or more times a month. From the person on the speaker to the person who hands me my food I am pleased with the customer service. I often ask to speak to the manager to give compliments. Even when mistakes were made the workers were polite, respectful and fast to rectify the problem. Some cases I didn’t give my order right but they acted as it was their fault, and fixed my order with no problem and respectful. This is my person favorite store. Great quality of cleanliness, friendliness, customer care and food.
Got a spicy chicken meal 11/15/24 and got food poisoning, was sick for 4 days and had to miss work because my stomach was tore up. Wasn't sure it was from this location until my father in law told me he ate there the day before and got sick as well. Quality check needs to be performed there cause if that happens again I'm gonna save the food and have it tested. Someone should be held accountable.
This location was absolutely amazing. They were quite busy but you couldn't tell. They worked together as a team perfectly. They pushed put the orders in a perfect organized manner. Never in my life have I seen a fast food place work together in such perfect sync. I would give 100 stars if I could very impressed.
Place is horrible will not go again been there in the past they had great people used to be really nice at the drive thru. Now they are rude acting like you’re a bother to them just by ordering and can’t get your order right. Ordered spicy nuggets and ghost pepper chicken sandwich when I get home, 30min away, I have regular nuggets and some chicken wrap.
Stop at drive thru to get some fries after getting my car serviced at Nissan. I got 1/2 mile down the road and pulled out some fries from the bag. It was then that I realized I could have saved a lot of money if I stopped at Wendy’s before I went to Nissan. There was enough oil in those fries to change the oil in my car. But the service was great. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat the service. No, I will never go back to that Wendy’s.
Had a order that got messed up, Ms faith corrected and was 100% courteous. Thats old school food service much appreciated.
They were absolutely terrible. They were extremely rude. They gave me fries that were so hard I couldn't eat them. When I asked for some more she said there was nothing she could do about it, that it was just their oil. Then as I walked off They kept running their mouths and said that I could just have frozen fries. Oh and the tables were disgusting and the drink machine was leaking all over the floor. So needless to say they suck and deserve 0 stars.
The customer service at the counter was great, the guy taking and putting together our order was the best part of the meal. After that, my spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy, the fries were cold and there was food all over the kitchen floor that needed to be cleaned up.
