Got the nugget party pack for $15.99.. however when opening the box we saw grossness.. MUSHY & UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN NUGGETS… not just one or two but about 15 nuggets were uncooked. I TRIED calling them and they did not answer. Mind you this is happening at 1 AM. The phone just kept ringing. Disgusting management ???? please see photos and tell me if you would eat this????
Stopped here on way through and had great experience. Was served right away by Hashini who was helpful and pleasant. Restaurant was modern and clean. Food was hot and tasty.
This is one of the recent remodeled stores. But it needs some TLC already. Someone needs to be on dining room cleaning duty. Plus the one time we went inside the AC was broken and it felt like 80 degrees in there. But food is always good. Paula will hook you up with whatever you want or need. This is the only Wendy's we go to in the area. Might be slow service most days but it's as good as it gets with this one.
Fast and Efficient. Not the most warm and friendly, however not unfriendly either. I have the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant /w egg combo and it was DELICIOUS!!! It was made perfectly! I will visit that resturant location in the future.
I went there with the family for my birthday and it was one of the best birthday meals I've ever had. Everything was delicious, especially the garlic shrimp and the beef bulgogi. It might seem weird cooking your own at a restaurant but it's such a great interactive experience. Luckily for me my sister in law is a pro at Korean BBQ so she did most of the cooking, cutting and serving. Highly recommend it and can't wait to go back.
They seem to be overstaffed yet Not busy enough where I waited in line with Literally 1 person ahead of me for about 20 minutes. Food was the same price as every locationI had a coupon that didn't honor it but it's whatever. The food was fine however my kids were all satisfied with it.
They lie to you and put on your receipt a pretzel bun but then once you get home and see a reg bun and call to complain they say "oh we don't have pretzel bun no more" just say you don't have it and we would have went somewhere else. It's pure greed, deceitful and RUDE. Shame on them!
Clean. Staff is my friendly, could not care less if there were customers there or not. Regardless of the establishment, there's no excuse for lack of customer service and that directly reflects on poor management. Customers are the literal only reason you get paid. Mix that with the value of fast food just not being there anymore and you get an extremely poor experience.
