Stopped by Wendy's this morning to try the new sausage breakfast burrito. Went to the drive-thru, and there was no wait to order. Had to wait a few minutes while they cooked the eggs for the burrito, but I'm okay with that because it was nice and hot. This is a very tasty and satisfying breakfast option, has eggs, potatoes, sausage, and cheese. I don't normally purchase breakfast at a fast food restaurant. I prefer to make it at home. However, I would definitely buy this sausage breakfast burrito again. One more thing to add, I included a photo of the burrito next to my hand for size reference. I cut mine in half to eat it. This is a substantial breakfast burrito!
I ordered a number 4 Classic chicken sandwich and it was horrible. It was dry, overcooked and some how still cold. Definitely chicken they had leftover. Totally unacceptable considering the logo. On top of that the fries were cold. Definitely won't be coming to this location again.
30min wait just to place an order. Fast food.. they were waiting 5-10min between in each person to take an order. Counter had a bunch of to go orders. If you can’t balance drive thru, inside customers and dash orders maybe stop taking Togo food orders.
This restaurant is always short staffed and close the dining room often. This prevents ease of ordering ahead because then you have to get in super long drive thru lines. I've also shown up for my order to find it had been stolen right off the counter under the staffs nose.
My wife and I went there and ordered a large chocolate frosty, however that wasn’t the only thing in there. Causing her to vomit quite dangerously.

I waited with no one in front of me for over 15 minutes. No one acknowledged me standing their and a line of people were waiting as well. I spoke to the manager and he acted nonchalant! is this how u treat your customers????? It socks that Wendy's has gone down so much in values, and especially customer service. I will NEVER AGAIN step foot in another wendys again.
Every single time I’ve gone to this Wendy’s they’ve messed up. It’s either disgustingly cold or not right. This last time we ordered 3 biggie backs and only got two nuggets. We stated we were missing one of the nuggets and the dude told us multiple times no your not even after we showed him the bag, he then proceeded to slam the window and go grab the nugget without a bag and hand us the open nugget. We asked for a bag and he told us to just put it in the other one and was being hella disrespectful. We asked if we could talk to the manager and he went back there to get someone who was not a manager and they were both standing by the window just laughing. When she opened the window she was laughing at us as well. We explained the situation and they gave us an apology but it didn’t seem sincere at all and they were still laughing.
