Please dont eat at this location! There was a whole piece of hard palstic inside the chicken patty i was eating. Along with a long hair in another piece of food we got, I called multiple times to raise this concern and ask for my money back and no one ever answered the phone.
I made a mobile order and was chastised by the drive thru employee simply for having a larger than average order size. It was a large combo, a sandwich, a biggie bag, and 2 drinks. I’ve worked in fast food, at a Wendy’s, so I understand the feeling, but you never take out your feelings on someone who hasn’t even spoken a word and just wants to eat. I’m just disappointed
Went here for breakfast. It was fast and service was very friendly. I had the iced vanilla cold brew it was sweet but not too sweet. Also had the breakfast baconator. Everything hit the spot.
The actually staff of the location was extremely nice and helpful, however during our meal we were blocked twice by a representative from wendys cooperate, she chose to not move in order to continue a conversation trash talking the stores customers using the dining area and complaining about people using public property off property. She also berated front staff in front of customers that were adequately being helped for "not watching front'. Totally embarrassing and unprofessional behaviour.
It is one of the better Wendy's in town. The people are always nice and our food is always hot. The burgers and chicken sandwiches have always been tasty, never cold or overly greasy. We drive across town to go to this one.
I honestly like coming to this restaurant. It’s so convenient with the distance it is from my house. I ordered the Cobb salad. There wasn’t any egg or tomatoes available for the salad. No BiG deal. Sometimes supplies run out. I still wanted the salad. My issue is, how do I get luscious soft sugar cookies over the weekend, and come Monday, they’re way too hard. They’re usually good about baking soft cookies. Idk, today was a miss. But overall, the team is great!
We’ve been here 3 times now. Every time they have got the order incorrect. The first time they did not get the burger plain, then they forgot the fries in the meal. We checked the other time before leaving and had to go in to get the chili cheese fries that were missing. Speed doesn’t matter if the order isn’t accurate.
Normally when we come here everything is amazing!! There were no issues with the food, however Kaira was unbelievably rude. She was talking over us when trying to order, ignoring what was said and tried to give us the wrong stuff when we got to the window. I have never had an issue here, but this definitely soured the experience.
