It took forever for someone to take our order. None of the employees preparing the food, all had long hair, had any hair nets. It took forever for the food to be done, 2 drinks and a burger. The burger was good and the drinks were good.
The saucy nuggets are disappointing, barely had any sauce on them.
Then to top it off, part of my meal wasn’t even placed on my order. So sure I didn’t pay for it but it was the manager taking my order, I’m disappointed that she failed to complete my order properly. She didn’t even read back my order to confirm it.
If it was a regular insider I’d been more understanding but as a someone how’s work food industry for 7+ years and has managed, it’s not that hard to ask the costumer to repeat themselves for clarification or to repeat the order back to them so that costumer satisfaction is guaranteed.
Every time I go to Wendy's in West Bend, I laugh and joke with the crew. I really feel welcomed there, and they have never messed up my order(knock on wood).
Inside joke for one of employees there, *clears throat*, "strawberry sucks."
Thank you. Eat at Wendy's. :-)
Got the secret menu item, the T Rex burger. Which is 9 patties, 9 cheese, 9 bacon. Finished it I one sitting, one of the best overkill fast food burgers you can get. And the staff was awesome enough to make it. Great location
Extremely disappointed. The food was tasted great, don't get me wrong. But I was so excited to try the ghost pepper sauce nuggets and the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich and was let down completely. There was no heat. At all. Not even a tingling on the lips. False advertising Wendy's. That's bad policy.
It was empty when we got there (maybe about 2:30?). There was no ketchup in the dispenser, and the floor was SUPER sticky. The kids working were very nice, though, and we didn't really wait for our food that long.
Always check the food before you leave their parking lot. Got burned again by this location. Ordered on mobile so multiple peoples food. Ordered 3 bacon double stacks and got 3 single jr cheeseburgers w/ onions about a 10$ difference???? Had 6 sandwiches, wings, and large fry and they put everything into I normal size bag of course smashing all the burgers into a mess. They just throw whatever they want in the bag and don't care that you paid more for a specific item.
I have never seen a baconator so clean and nearly put together the way I did here. I'm not big on fast food but I will definitely be back here.
