Food is cheap and decent.
Couple of sausage patties on English muffins. Can’t figure out why sometimes they are toasted and good and other times doughy and disgusting.
Store literally empty!
Hope for consistency instead get everything but consistency.
The food looked fresh and my kids didn’t complain about anything. They were very busy but the workers were very calm and made sure things were done right instead of rushing.
I've been to this location multiple times, and something like this has happened almost every time. This was how I received my "Krabby Patty" burger, and the fries were cold as usual. Even during prime dinner hours (6pm). I would recommend to never visit this location.
I went to this place at 11pm and remained in line until 1145p to be told they are not taking anymore orders because they need to close on time! The place closes at 2 am....now how come orders stop hours before time! There were 8 cars before me at 11pm and 3 cars behind, they serviced 1 car every 15 mins... 2 left from behind me and 2 left from in front of me because of the wait. Now 3 cars were left to get orders and they denied food for the 3 of us idiots that continued to wait! If you dont have adequate staff, come out and tell the people waiting! Im reporting this to the BBB! This is ridiculous!
There was absolutely no one in line. Ordered two burgers and I kid you not they were cold. Not room temp. Cold. You would think it would be fresh since we waited about 10 minutes... ON A MOBILE ORDER... How does this happen????
The line is wrapped around and only 4 people working. They lady was really nice and orders were out fast! Spacious seating area with sofa corner! Wendy’s is becoming more and more comfortable.
I placed a $53 online order at this Wendy’s location, only to arrive and be told that they were out of fries. Instead of informing me upfront, the staff tried to hand over my order as if it were complete. When I questioned it, they just said, “This is all you get.” No apology, no solution, nothing. After pushing for a replacement, they suggested apple pies instead of all the fries I paid for. I agreed just to move on, only to be told they were also out of apple pies. The final offer was chili, which took forever to prepare and after 20 minutes of waiting and since the rest of the food got cold, I walked out and tried to get a refund from the app where I placed the order. So far I’m being given the runaround. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating, and the staff’s dismissive attitude made it worse. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time and money. I won’t be returning to this location again.
I could not eat my food at all bc of the old taste and the fact that it was super cold when I ate it ! Not fresh at all
