Imagine if the commercials were honest, this picture would be what you would see.
Spent $30.
Chicken, burgers, fries and chili.
( ordered burgers plain and dry but
of course they have everything on them yet again.. )
Unacceptable and rediculous.
Employees are more concerned with hitting there thc vape pen out back when they can't even do their easy job sober.
They don't care , sales keep coming.
How hard is it to follow simple directions?
Most likely they knew it doesn't matter because it's not edible anyway.
My Dog won't even eat it so garbage yet again.
The chili was the only thing edible. No Good tasting, old leftover hamburger,, were just able to stomach enough to eat half of it so we don't feel sick.
How are these places still so busy.

The drive thru service is terrible! People are leaving the line left and right and the woman ahead of me waited 4 minutes to give her order. I gave up and left after 3 minutes of waiting. This isn't the first time and the one on Lexington avenue in Mansfield is even worse
Some douche bag will tell you the dining room is closed at 8:30 when the signage, website and app tell you that it closes at 9, then when you pick up your order they have the audacity to make the bacon cheese fries with just a strip of bacon on top
Do better. Horribly slow and not even fresh food. Will not return. Tookb25 minutes in drive thru and they weren't even busy. Lazy ass ppl

Manager was unnecessarily rude and could not comprehend our order and was practically on crack. anyways i got the wrong order after all. tragic, new patek.

the last few times we’ve come here we have encountered this lady in the first drive thru window who is so incredibly rude. you tell her to have a good day and she looks at you weirdly and shakes her head. i asked if everything was in there and she did her nod. everything was not in the bag. this is her
Drink sizes are starting to shrink and I don't understand this because pop is extremely cheap for restaurants to purchase.$3 for a small baked potato is just ridiculous and $3 for a small chili that isn't even a full container?(photos posted) fast food restaurants are soon to price themselves out of business ‼️8/16/24
8am on my way to work, only 2 cars ahead of me yet we sat there 15 mins w/o moving. Needless to say i left w/o any food. The few times I have went inside to eat the food was awful. The fries are bad enough even worse when cool, mostly you are given old fries that are "re-fried" ...... Burgers used to be good idk what they are doing now but those are even disgusting. The employees? Do not go if you have other places to be in a 2 hr time frame...... We are done with Wendys. Very slow service, horrible quality food...... Do not waist your time here........
