Stopped in to try thier breakfast burrito. The doors to the resteraunt were locked. The hours on the door said open at 700 everyday. It was 712. Okay, I'll go thru the drive thru. I was asked if I was using cash or card. I said cash. I was told I had to have exact change. Okay, I'll use card. The plus side was that the burrito was good, and the employees were friendly.
I was very pleased with my service today at this establishment. Besides the female taking the orders at the drive thru being rude and attitudish. When I go to window the young man named Amanti had such a positive attitude and warm personality. It was shocking how pleasant he was and very mannerly. But to top it off .. Another employee Roshawn ran through the store to meet me because they forgot my other drink. The service this to young employees displayed was impeccable. Way to go Wendy's you have to great youth with great customer skills. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I came to your drive-through. There’s a couple cars in front of me, but I got through quickly. The person took my order was very polite as sauces and I received them in my bag with a straw my napkins. Also, I’m totally shocked. Usually, I don’t get myself with my nuggets, keep up the great work. I really enjoy everything fresh and hot.
Didn’t give our straws, my daughter didn’t get her dipping sauce, and my burger pink and I didn’t ever get the right burger. Like come on . I love eating Wendy’s but this is just too many times it has happened.
I have came here a couple times lately and the orders are ALWAYS wrong so check your food before you leave if you go there. I got cold seasoned fries with my breakfast order this morning, had to go back thru. Then they only gave me one of my orders of fries. They also couldn’t print a receipt because their “machine is broken”. I have also observed several other peoples orders wrong while I am waiting on them to fix mine. The customer service is horrible. Drive thru woman was talking on phone instead of taking orders. And the day I went inside the front cashier was also on her cellphone instead of helping several people that were waiting. This Wendy’s has went horribly downhill and no one seems to manage their employees at all. Good luck if you are wanting to eat here. I will NOT be back again.
I was shocked when I went to Wendy’s today. The people were nice, patient and my food was great! They didn’t slack on anything. Keep it up ! ❤️
It was a decent drive through service. It was a busy time so the team seemed a bit stretched and stressed but my food came out and was exactly what you expect from a Wendy's.
The Double Baconator was good. Redeeming my rewards was complicated and the employees wasn't much help either. Food took forever and dinning area was dirty.
