The worst Wendy’s in Richmond. I received my order from Uber eats all of the burgers were undercooked pink in the middle. The drinks came flat with no ice hot as hell. The fries were cold. Do not order at this Wendy’s and I will be reporting this to the health department.
Well, the one positive I can say is that Wendy's has improved their nuggets. Back in the day they were trash but these new, Saucy nuggets are pretty decent. The Spicy BBQ was not as spicy as I had hoped but they were good. When I walked into the restaurant for pickup, it was completely empty, which answers why my fries were not even hot. They were probably leftover from hours ago. The drink machine had no ice which kinda sucks and most of the drink options were all out which defeats the purpose of selecting a drink online, only to find out its not available. Oddly enough the floors were sticky although there was plenty of staff just lounging around that could have been doing something productive like mopping. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience I'm just gonna chop this up to the location of this particular restaurant because the one in Mechanicsville is Awesome everytime I've gone. There is room for improvement though.
This is the worst Wendy’s in Richmond!!!! Who is the District manager because apparently he/she is only in it for the money. There is no way in hell you don’t see what we see… the managers here are rude as hell and the employees shouldn’t even be hired to wipe tables. The employees are allowed to talk to customers any kind of way and managers back them up. I will be taking my experience today to corporate. I won’t share it here or with the gm or Dm because as you can see they not doing there jobs.
The customer service at this location is very poor. They rushed me with the process of my order. When I got my order it was not accurate. My customer experience was unsatisfying. If you are looking for great customer service, a great experience, a good quality and accurate meal. Please do not come here. You will be disappointed.
THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN. They can’t get nothing right had to send my sandwich back multiple times. Then just did a mobile order and only received half my order then going to say breakfast is over which is why I ordered ahead way before 10:30. Don’t waste your time/money going here. They will give you whatever they want and expect you to be okay with it.
It's a hit or miss with your food whether or not it will be hot or cold. NO ICE for how long like you can't keep serving hot drinks. This location has went downhill alot here recently. Management not friendly or understands good customer service.
Despicable customer service. I think they need to re-train some employees because the way I was treated over some cheap food Is outrageous.
The food was cold, employees were messy and the food was also expired. Restaurant was dirty and the tables had crumbs and food on them. The smoked right outside so when they opened the door, the smoke came inside. Had to ask several times for our food that wasn't giving to us when ordered.
