Update : the manager gave total refund on our meal . Thank you but i still wont be back .
The food was gross , the chicken sandwich tasted like the Grease hasn't been changed in a long time , same with nuggets. The fries tasted like they been sitting for a long time . The place is full of flies flying around everywhere. NASTY !!!!
Despite having 6 ppl behind counter. 75% of fountain machine syrups were blacked out (unavailable). Absolutely no napkins. And don't get me started on the drink station. Trash everywhere, hardly anything stocked, counters sticky and wet. And a big puddle if something on ground.
Never once had a problem but now I don't think I will return. So shameful
This is the FASTEST service I've ever received from any fast food restaurant in any country (across 10 countries).
It was not premade but prepared as I ordered and paid. I used tap-to-pay and the team sat my order on the counter before my receipt had printed.
I ordered a spicy chicken combo. The sandwich wasn't thrown together; it was properly made.
Both the sandwich and the fries were both hot and fresh. So hot, that even after getting my drink first, I had to let my sandwich and fries cool before I could eat them, which is why I started typing this review immediately (to do something while I waited).

Nah dog this place is grimy for a Wendy's. Tables mainly all sticky. A bunch of dead flies by the window. Feels like the kind of cafeteria they show you in shows when they wanna reinforce how bad the MC's situation is.
They have a place to pick up app ordered food which is nice. They actually can follow directions too so your customizations will be meet. I suggest you do that because the service is pretty fudging rude to people with accents, like my coworker. Like in a dey-took-ur-jerbs kind of way.
Food was good though, but kind of slow so yeah. Again, another reason to order ahead of time.
I've been to many Wendy's and this one is at a truck stop right off the freeway. It was not very busy... 3 people in front of me, it took about 8-9 minutes for them to just take my order. I'm not sure why. It seemed like 4 people working. Cashier was professional but not a "good, welcoming" tupe professional. I know people go thru things... customer service can wear on some folks. The food was not the best, but edible. Fries were old and not hot... the nuggets were great, and hot. The double stack was basically drowned in sauces... and the bacon double stack... the bacon(if anyone would call it that) was seeming not crisped at all... and the flavor of the bacon was not good at all. The Dr.Pepper was on point out of the auto selector machine. Hope it was just a fluke visit... but still, I did eat it.
Fries were cold , unsalted, hair in every bit of my food , everything soggy bread , vegetables ,got my drink wrong twice didn’t give me straws , and over all not worth my money at all , payed 30 dollar for somthing that we didn’t even enjoy , because it wasn’t made right and tasted like it had just been sitting for well over a hour , and overall a bad experience.
I have been here times before and the only issue I had was that they were out of sauce two times that I came but this… I won’t be returning and it need to be fixed
They apparently open when it suits them best 7am and this is how my breakfast went. Pilot employee said they have been pretty good these past couple of days. Apparently, this is the norm.
i went through the drive through, ordered an original chicken sandwich and a large fry. she charged me for a combo which i didn’t complain about but she didn’t give me the drink that went with it, she also charged me for a crispy chicken sandwich even though i stated which one i wanted. (mind you she told me park somewhere and they would bring my food out to me because the original chicken patties were cooking) The service is horrible and the attitude i received is ridiculous.
