I ate in the morning some breakfast meal here.
I gave them 15 minutes to get to me before I decided to call the store just to get them to come to the front. Then the sandwich they served me I found has plastic in it. I can only sue if it does damage to me so if I need to go to the hospital then I'm getting a payday
Handed me my food with a "here ya go"! No, thank you?! Attitude of both the people I encountered was nonchalant!
I didn't go inside I was at the drive-thru. So my atmosphere was rated on that. Be aware of who is hired in your establishment whether they are relatives or not!!!
Slower than slow. Food never hot. Lukewarm at best.
So finally gave this place a 2nd chance. 6 months later... Cod Fish sandwich combo meal. Big mistake. The fish was so hard you could have broken a tooth! I've had better at McD's and they are the bottom. As per usual for this place, the food was again not even lukewarm, the fries were cold, limp and disgusting. I couldn't eat them The drink was good. See pictures, I threw over half of this away as I was too far away to return it. This place needs so much help. I hope the other places in the center are better than this WENDY'S. Get it together Wendy folks or stop the food and just do drinks.
Poor Quality food / management doesn’t seem to care at all . Too many kids working in the kitchen playing around, poor quality training on employees/kids , they didn’t know how to take orders. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place. I try to reach out to management a couple of times no one reach back to apologize about the food . I spent over $30 just to throw it away .
Fast service. The drive-thru line is almost always pretty short and even when there is a line, it moves quickly. Always has the latest promotions. Fry temperature is hit or miss. If I got hot, generously salted, fries over half the time, I would give this five stars
Went to try the Krabby Patty meal tonight and normally I don’t go to this Wendy’s because every time I go there’s an issue, but it was the closest to where I was so I tried to stop quickly with my son since it was late. Tonight I was missing part of my order and my burger was raw in the middle. Done going there and will go out of my way to go to any other one but this one.
This came with my 10 piece nugget meal that I ordered today. Ranch was opened and looked like it had been for some time. Super gross! Won’t be coming back to this location.
Food is always very tasty! But the crew working there never smiles, do not greet you and you are standing there waiting to be acknowledged. Restaurant is always very clean.
