We debated between Wendy's and McDonald. Wendy's had a 3.6 rating and McDonald had a 3.1. we got there to dine in, ordered quickly and waited forever for our food. There was more than 20 min between the people before us and us even if we ordered at about the same time. They were gone before we were served. The drink machine was out of most of the drinks. We ordered an iced coffee and got it with cream. Definitely not the best experience.
This is the absolute best Wendy's I've been too. I should have taken a picture of how perfect the burger was, but it was too good so I just ate it up. They also started they had to make a fresh batch of lemonade for my drink and it was perfect. It took a little longer but they were excellent in the communication so it wasn't an issue.
We would go here again for a quick meal while heading through the Elko area
Lost our order, then tried to recharge us, then messed up our whole order and served it cold. Literally 0 effort. The place was not very clean and all the sodas except SOME diet options were out.
$47 for three people, ordered the high dollar baconator, and we left hungry. Thought we would try their dessert special and the sizes were comically tiny. No worries about getting fat here. Large = small, junior = micro. Times have changed. But it isn't just here, it is the industry. Where's the beef?
Was asked to park from drive thru, food was not fresh other than fries. Chicken patty was old and past held time for sure. As I am former fast food GM, this place needs to be ran by someone who cares. The lack of caring is evident everywhere in the restaurant. The only bright spot was the wonderful guy working the window last night, can't remember his name, probably mid 20's, short scruffy beard, he was an absolute pleasure to have take our order. His customer service was the only thing that saved this Wendy's from a 1 star review. Not his fault the food wasn't that good or fresh. Only the fries were fresh. My wife threw away her chicken wrap. My Asiago chicken sandwich wasn't that crispy, was rubbery, and just tasted like no one gave a care. I'd suggest cooking fresh food and not old food that was kept too long. There is a standard to follow at Wendy's and I guarantee this is not the way they want it done. What a sad state of affairs at this fast food restaurant, will never be back.
I placed an order with DoorDash today to have them Deliver Wendy’s to me at a training session at the college. For some reason Door Dash made me go pick up the order, so I had to leave the training to pick up the food. Wendy’s never received it, none of us had heard of DoorDash making to customer pick up the order. It was quite weird. The employees were all fantastic and super friendly. The manager provided me with the order and said he would sort it out with DoorDash later. I am very impressed with the kindness that was shown. Thank you for providing great service. Plus the food was excellent.
Have messed the simplest of orders multiple times. Sausage muffins hard as a rock. Didn't get double cheese and ranch as paid for. Smells like raw sewage in dinning area
The workers here are always so great. Break, lunch, or dinner I have not been disappointed. Always friendly and kind staff.
