1. Drive through worker seemed impatient and uninterested in the customer service aspect of her position.
2. We notice a sign letting customers know to check the completed orders for mistakes which should be the job of the employees. The need for a sign speaks volumes of the consistently incompetent staff.
3. I noticed I did not receive my change and asked for my receipt to subtly hint that I had not received the change I was due.
4. I’m handed a receipt with the change amount on it and have to get the workers attention before she closes the window again to let her know she did not give my change back to me.
5. We check the order, drive away, have a laugh about the behavior, and carry on until halfway through the burger, I notice a hair in it.
If there’s a petition to tear that location down, someone please send a link.
My son loves Wendy’s chicken nuggets. We go here at least once a week. Decent service and the drive-thru line moves fairly quickly.
Restaurant was really dirty. We came in at 10:30 in the morning and the place was filthy. Floors looked as though they hadn't been mopped at all. The sweet tea was really sour like it had been in the dispenser from the day before.
This Wendy's in front of Sam Wholesale used to be nothing but great. Lately, we have had bad customer service, so I didn't go back for a while. Well, I decided to give them another chance since their competitors was beyond slow. I couldn't even eat my food. With increase of prices, and all these job cuts, I would think people would take their jobs more seriously. N????T.....

This Wendy's in the Sam Wholesale parking lot on Goodman Rd IS NOT THE PLACE ANYMORE. Clean up, stop hitting those cookie sheets outside the drive-through window, and STOP SERVING FOOD PEOPLE CANNOT EAT.....DON'T PLAY WITH PEOPLE FOOD.
Great improvement in drive-thru service. I visited this location on July 5 at 10:30 and I was greeted and helped immediately…. fries were lukewarm, but the burger was great.
Horrible service from lady at register with glasses. Counted 6 people behind the counter including manager. I was the only person at the counter and after waiting over 5 min to have someone take my order, I left. Too many other places to eat.
I placed a mobile order before arriving at the restaurant. I wound up driving around the building twice because, in 15 minutes, I was never acknowledged at the drive thru. Sign on the door says they open at 6:30, but really it is whenever the employees feel like it.
Need 0 stars!!! Terrible attitude!!! The so called manager on duty did not know how to apply my offer and I couldn’t use it. I have a PhD and I know the difference between and and or. Then she left me standing at the counter and clocked out for her break. She said well it’ll go back on there. I told her it didn’t. She didn’t respond. Just ignored me. Something told me to not go there. Every time I come here, they act like they hate to have business.
