I’m 43 and have been to quite a few fast food restaurants in my day. I might say this was one one the least prepared and disorganized I’ve ever been to.
My family ordered. After I ordered the cashier asked if I saw a small, hand-written sign that said they were out of ingredients for their promo-sandwich. So, I looked on the menu and asked for a different sandwich. After a few minutes, they told me they didn’t have cheese to make that sandwich either. Right about that time they ran out of fries.
The shift manager was in the back belittling the staff saying that they used too many fries and that’s why they ran out. The nice cashier, doing her best, wrote and note on paper that said, ‘no fries’ and taped it to her cash register. But, no one spoke to the people in line ordering. The shift manager stayed behind the scenes yelling at staff. No one seemed to know what to do.
I asked for a refund to go next door, hoping they’d have food and knew how to make it. It took many minutes before the unhelpful manager came up and gave me a refund. I’m so glad we left, the staff were so confused, had no idea what to do, or how to move forward.
If you’re stopping from the highway, please consider other places to stop.
The food came out like it was under a non-lit heat lamp, The restroom was filthy, both men's and women's... we had to pass on using it. All the trash bins were overflowing, even the ones outside... We had to delicately place our trash to balance on top. The employees were fighting with each other, and the manager had to step in and yell at them to stop fighting. Yes, it was the worst Wendy's we've been in.
This place is great. Got our order right, they were all very nice and checked on us after making sure everything was satisfactory. Super clean restaurant. You can tell they all give a care. We'll definitely be making this a normal stop on our travels.
Words can't express my disappointment in my food. We were on a short day trip and stop in for breakfast. The young lady who served us was so very polite and pleasant. She was unsure of how to ring something up so she asked and the person who assisted her acted as if he didn't want to be bothered. I asked him to please make sure I get honey butter on my bread because with other Wendy's I haven't. We drove off and opened out bag to find our food burnt and hard. Needless to say we couldn't go back (we were already on 95) and it was unedible. Money is tight and this was just a waste of our hard earned dollars.
This place has gone so far down hill that we all together decided we just won't be back again. 98% of the time they've messed up the order, or the fries are cold, the sandwich is sloppy, things thrown in bags. My husbands debit card was written down at one location and they made a purchase on his card for a meal 3 hrs after we had been there. We reported it to the bank got our money back, but goes to what I'm talking about. Everything and anything just is wrong. Bad attitudes, rude, short, no manners, ECT. Leaves so much to be desired. No wonder they barley have business anymore these days when they used to be the most busy place to grab quick food on a weekend.
Awful service! While I was ordering at kiosk, a employee at drive thru was SCREAMING " we don't have no sausage" at me. I wasn't ordering sausage. It took a good 20 minutes to get 2 croissants and 2 cups of coffee. She said coffee was brewing when in reality it was sitting there getting cold. I ask for my money back since they couldn't manage to get a simple order together. Then they magically managed to hand me the order. Never again. Wendy's...do better!
High traffic coming home from a holiday weekend at the beach, stopped into this Wendy’s along with probably 100 other people. It was a total madhouse but couldn’t have been better managed. Orders came out fast and efficient, food was fresh and delicious. Definitely a stop we’ll return to on our next trip down.
The breakfast is terrible. We ordered croissant sandwiches and got some wierd ciabatta bread. Potato wedges were cold and uncooked. Something also wrong with cola machine, taste like cleaner in the soda!
