Best WLM Reviews
This location has bad reviews but I’m guessing they’re all old. I used to not love this location but I do believe it’s the best one in the general area now. The food comes out faster and built better than others locally. The beef is always cooked through (not the case at others around here), and the employees are friendly. Pic of the saucy nuggs just for reference, but I’ve had many meals here in the last couple years with no issues.
There were two cars in the parking lot and two cars before us in line at the drive-thru and it took us a half hour to get our food. The guy that was putting our drinks together had no gloves on and was touching his dreadlocks and then pressing the tops on our cups with his fingers and no gloves. Then we get our sandwich and it was a sloppy mess. The burger was shifted to one side of the bread and everything was sliding off of it I had to remove the lettuce the tomato and onions in order to eat it and the taste was awful. The fries were not hot. What are they doing there there was no one in the parking lot They were not busy It was not lunch time nor was it dinner. I will never be going back ever again
This Wendy's had good food. Specifically the fries were among the best Wendy's fries that I've had, since they almost made them crispy. (Still not as good as McD though.). Our food was prepared well but the dining room could have been cleaner. Most of the flavors on the fancy Freestyle coke/soda machine were out, which was disappointing.
Wendy's sent me some coupons in the mail, so I figured I would try a few new items. The Pretzel Baconator was tasty. Can't really taste the pretzel flavor, and the bacon could be a little crispier. I also tried the Saucy Nugs. Lots of flavor and very saucy. I really liked both items.
The staff that are there behind the scenes are very disrespectful! And when I mean staff, I mean the General Manager, Jamie Lawlor. The way she speaks to her staff is unacceptable. The food is always either messed up, or cold. Jamie Lawlor should NOT be a manager at this establishment speaking to her staff the way she has.
Every time I go here they forget an order, it’s so annoying when I pay for food and I don’t receive it. Not going to
This location ever again because it’s happened multiple times!!!!
Generally favorable experience. I patronize often, dine in and out. The staff are courteous. I see improvements in the wait time.
Clean and the service was good. Salad was fresh and crispy. I ordered the Cobb salad and it was delicious. The lemonade was delicious too!
