Wendy's is decent for a quick, casual meal, but it can be hit or miss. The burgers and fries are usually fresh and tasty, but there are times when my order feels rushed or isn’t as hot as I’d like. The service is friendly enough, though wait times can vary, especially in the drive-thru. I appreciate the variety on the menu, and the prices are fair. Overall, it’s a convenient spot if you’re craving fast food, but the experience could be a bit more consistent.
I've been to this location a couple of times. At first it was one of my favorite ones to go to... ive went there a lot, but this last time I went was dissapointing... they usually have fresh food. The fries were definitely old, they weren't even soggy just old... and my lettuce looked like this... I can't win.
Another day, another great Wendy’s location…
Went through here to grab a burger and fries for lunch. Staff is friendly and my food was tasty.
I spend over $50.00 on food and the dumb ass spic behind the counter can’t give me 2 complementary sauces… because I didn’t get nuggets…. Imagine being that much of a Jew Bag.
Went there at night with my family of 4 and all of us got biggie bags plus an extra burger. The young woman giving us our order shoved everything in ONE small bag and it was very stuffed so I wasn’t able to make sure all our items were in there before pulling off. As we parked right next door we had missing fries and nuggets. We circled back around since the door was locked and when we told her she accused us of lying and told us that she gave us 2 bags, one bag with just burgers and another bag with the fries and nuggets which clearly everyone was even confused on why she stuffed our ONE bag we received. She kept saying she gave us multiple bags and that she gave us everything really fighting to give up a small fry and 4 piece that she forgot. She eventually walked away from us and we drove off after receive the rudest experience ever. Fire her.
Whomever was managing this am, she was the bomb! Traveling back to Virginia, from visiting family and we needed some breakfast. Easy on and off. One of the best and cleanest Wendy's I've seen. The manager worked with me to pretty much make every sandwich we ordered meet my fussy kids particulars. The new potato wedges were a hugh hit! They were great. My son said his breakfast Baconater was the best thing ever. Anyway, it was quick and they helped fill our belly's for our 8hr ride. Thanks!
I don’t give attitude unless someone gives it to me .
The girl at the drive thru got an attitude because they forgot to give me something. I addressed her about her attitude. She goes and say I’m just 16 . My thoughts are soo… what does that mean ? I’ll have my little sister address you, if that makes you more comfortable . The manager was no help !!! He allowed her to go back and forth with me .This happened at 1:50 pm on 2/21/24
We ordered Wendy’s, 4 biggy bags. The lady gave us one singular bag with everything stuffed in it. By the time we parked we were missing our french fries and nuggets. We went back to wendy’s she told us she gave us to bags then proceeded to not give us the food we were missing but she continued to act as if we lied. She was an African American lady braids, and a had a bandaid on. Let’s hire people with good customer service this is ridiculous. She basically ripped us off our order that was 27 dollars.
