Burger had hardly any condiments on it, making it very dry. Frosty was half air - the bottom of the cup had almost nothing in it, there were several places on the sides of the cup with just air, and the top had another gap of nothing.
Went through drive thru. Gave a 4 dollar tip only to get home and find out the hard way 3 of my plain nuggets were spicy. Tried calling got answering machine that required a code.
It is not funny to substitute spicy stuff. First time it has happened, will be the last.
If you want some raw chicken go ahead and order there. Also, instead of my frosty got a “foam”. Didn’t have problems at other Wendy’s
My husband and I went with coupon in hand for a quick lunch date. The young man who took our order and the young lady who was training him, were personable and professional. They were happy to help us with our order and were top-notch. The food was hot and just right. They recently remodeled, and the atmosphere was also very nice.
So I paid extra for cheese fries this what they gave me cold stale fries and non melted cheese
Your website and Google location shows you close at 12. I came through drive through at 11:23pm and your associates turned off the screen and lights. Adjust times on website or stay open till you're supposed to.
I ordered breakfast for the first time ever on my way to work. I ordered two maple bacon chicken croissants. What I got, was two buns with a chicken patty on it. Good job Wendy's, good job. Now I spent $20 on food I didn't receive. But wait, I can call and fix it because.....dun dun dun......I didn't get a receipt in my bag so I have no order number.
The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because the food was good and so was the lady who took my order. Other than that the manager was walking around on her phone the whole entire time while her whole entire crew worked. I've never watched somebody take so long to mop the floor and not care about being in the way of any of the customers or being on the phone
