I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wendy’s during my recent visit. The service was unacceptably slow, with an extended wait time that made the visit incredibly frustrating. What made matters worse was the strong and unmistakable smell of marijuana in the air, which was both unprofessional and highly inappropriate for a family-friendly establishment.
This behavior reflects poorly on management and staff and raises serious concerns about the overall atmosphere and professionalism of this location. I hope Wendy’s corporate team addresses this issue to ensure that future customers receive better service and a more appropriate dining environment.
I only leave reviews if the experience was very good, or very poor. Unfortunately, this is a poor experience review. My partner picked up Wendy’s on the way home from a long day, for a quick dinner before another long day tomorrow. He was instructed to pull forward to a waiting area for his food, which isn’t the issue here. While waiting for the food, he noticed a few employees heading out which I imagine is why this error occurred. I will provide pictures, but he ordered two chicken sandwiches. One came out perfectly, while the other was barely done. Having worked in fast food I know these fried items are generally placed on a timer, which is why I can only imagine the worker was cutting corners to leave on time. If we didn’t have an early/long day tomorrow, we would have driven the food back to be rectified/refunded. Fortunately, we are from out of town and will likely never have to frequent this Wendy’s in particular again! After this google review, the health department will also be contacted.
This lady is so rude. I am a regular customer here and this lady stopped me from going to the bathroom first when I told her I was going to buy food after I used the bathroom and she refused to let me use it until I buy my food. Shame on Wendy’s hitting these kind of people. Enjoy the review now.
First let me say "THANK YOU " for working after Helene and Milton. I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. Only after I pulled away did I realize I had the wrong order but I wasn't going to complain. I was grateful for their service ????????
Rude employees complaining about being understaffed. Closed the dining room early and left the drive thru open. I made an online order for pickup and when I finally got my food the guy at the window admitted that my food had been sitting for almost an hour and that there was no manager on site. And they got the order wrong. If I was the franchise owner I'd be looking for new managers
Unbelievable! We stayed inline and were there before they closed yet a worker let a Friend pull up and sit there at the drive thru window. The friend of the worker both CHATTED, and CHATTED and CHATTED.
When we were finally able to pull up to get the order that was prepared ahead of time for us, we never got it. But we did notice their friend in the Drive-Thru never paid and received a bag of food. When we finally got to the window they said, Ooh we're out of food! So unprofessional. But the real kicker is their workers can just stand in the window drive-thru and hold up all the traffic in the Drive-Thru while they Chat and Chat and Chat and Talk and Gossip about customers who wait for Unbelievable amounts of time and the workers at Wendy's LAUGH about the long lines of people just dispising the customers yet we are wasting our time and gas being there! This Wendy's is Rude, Unprofessional, and it's Unbelievable that they can still operate.
Parked and went to try and go inside the restaurant to order, this was at 5:40pm on a Saturday during regular business hours, both doors were locked, the restaurant was open and they refused to open the doors. Would gladly leave 0 stars if I could.
Will was very friendly and helped us with our order. The food was on spot, hot and made fresh to order. The place was extremely clean and every table looked clean.
