Best WLM Reviews
Impossible to get what I ordered. The fellow at the register either could not speak english or was stoned on something. I told him my order five times and each time he repeated it incorrecly. What came out was not close to what I ordered. I had asked him to repeat my order and he wouldn't or couldn't.
Then got to the dining room which was full of uncleaned tables.
But the best part was the hardware hanging from the ceiling and the water dripping all over the floor. I almost slipped on the large puddle shown in my picture below.
If I could give this location a negative star I would. If what I experienced is just part of the problem, I can only imagine how nasty their kitchen could be.
Visited this location on yesterday and the food and service was Horrible.
Ordered the special with the hamburger nuggets fries and drink. Total disaster.
Hamburger meat was Cold and looked as if it had been cooked hours ago. Lettuce on the burger was the hard part that usually get thrown away.
I spoke with Lupe(manager) regarding the burger and she said the burger would be made over. Wrong! Only the meat was changed and replaced with a warmer meat. Same lettuce and bun. I returned the burger
for the 3rd time. The drive thru worker brought the lettuce to the window with no gloves on to explain to me that that’s all the lettuce they had. I asked for a refund and Lupe(who don’t speak English) didn’t want to give it to me. So I asked for the burger and tore it up and gave it back to be put in the trash. No one else would receive that nasty burger. Nuggets was undercooked but they were hot.
The cost of the meal can’t make or break me but when I spend money on fast food I want it good quality and hot.
Went to Wendy’s at 1722 Main st in Pearland at 7 pm last night. Drive thur wasn’t moving so went inside restaurant. Samantha was taking orders from drive thru and kept telling us 1 min. She never took our order told us to go back to drive through or leave she did not care. She said our business didn’t matter to her. We went to Pearland Pkwy location got our meal.
food was very good, store was clean and actively being cleaned when i arrived. employees were pretty rude when i was just asking basic questions so customer service needs to definitely be looked into
On July 10th an employee threw our 5 drinks at my car because we told him we ordered a 20 piece of chicken not a 4 piece. He also said cuss words at us for telling him we ordered 6 meals which means 6 drinks. He only gave us 1 and was throwing a fit because we ordered 6. I filed a complaint and no calls back. I can honestly say this has never happened to us before. During a disaster with Beryl, we were just trying to feed our family of 6 a warm meal.
The biscuit on my breakfast biscuit was still raw this morning. I was already at my office so it was too late to go back. Needless to say, I was not happy. Lesson learned, check your food or just wake up earlier and eat at home. :o(
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Don't go here if you value your life. Btw got no refund for this.
Son loves to get the saucy nuggets meal.. Its our once a week I got you snack.. Its his desired choice..
