They always put bacon on my sandwich, when I don't ask for bacon. I have a religious restriction and cannot eat pork! Will not be going here anymore because they always do this. Hire some people who are actually nice. Wasn't going to say anything, but this is over the line, for the last time! Fries were good, hopefully the lemonade is good. Frosty cream cold brew tastes off. Employees not very polite. It's sad that I have to go to s***Donald's now. I said to the employee, "Have a good night," and she looked me dead in the eyes, said not a word, and closed the window in my face. I tried to engage in conversation, but wouldn't make eye contact until the hand-off. Just rude.
Go thru drive thru. Inside they take care of doordash before people in line.
Why is there ever only 1 person doing orders inside. And 5 to 10 on drive thru?
Vote for me is.... Go to drive thru. Then walk back in? Lol

I ordered off a DoorDash. It came in a timely manner., What I appreciate The most that, I ordered off a DoorDash late night 10 minutes before they close, And it came very fresh, The same quality as if I ordered it during lunch. This is a very great experience. I’ve experienced other fast food places late night and I’ve ordered before it close and it’s very bad quality things like old food, Cutting corners on their standards, but Wendy’s is not that. High quality ????. Very impressed, me being a GM at an even higher, high volume restaurant. You guys rock!

Drive thru was horrible. Rushed and had to tell her I wasn't even done ordering after she tried to give me a total. The guy at the window had no clue what he was doing, tried giving me someone else drinks after I told him twice what I ordered. Nuggets are hard and old. My salad was about half full and the chicken was all bread and super old.
Elderly woman at drive through has poor attitude and work ethic. I always go during the evening and she always has the same aura. Should be removed from drive through, if going to be in contact with customers.
My chilli was all onions and cheese no chilli beans! My Cinnabon was as hard as a rock!!! Very disappointed in the food quality! Then we got the wrong order to top it off just all around poor service!!!! My grandsons fries were old n dry hard! No straws or napkins in bags. It wasn't busy at all we went after lunch rush. One person up front in line nobody behind me and couple people eating inside.
I ordered through the mobile app. and when I got there they did not give me half the order, I noticed the frosty missing, and caught that, they tried giving me the wrong flavor than what was ordered. When I got the correct one, I should have checked the bag. no nuggs that were ordered and paid for...6 dollars down the drain as the store will not honor app order issues.
